Buyers Beware!! This store has a Huge number of issues. First they discriminated me due to my Nationality and I will explain myself. They made me wait an hr to not return,but exchange an item that should have took less then 10 minutes to do.i must include the fact that there customers service was completely empty with no customers.Ask me to call there customer service line for the same line is explaining to me I can just exchange it at any store. Which came in there Loss prevention or A.P. Employee.Never have I ever been accused of stealing an item I Purchased at the same store with the original bill of sale from the same store! So after the hour wait I go home and decide to call there customer service line.Anyone who had an experience like mine should report it right? Instead of offering any kind of apology for this inconvenience Shopping experience they said they would look into it and Never heard from them again.This experience was truly poor customer service at its lowest. The way a customer is dressed should not pro long any customer transactions. A customer should never be accused of stealing an item if they have the original bill of sale. Read moreWhen I had trouble finding something a young girl named Jenny offered to help. Then went above just giving us directions. She walked us to the product we were looking for, asked if we had any more questions and told us if we needed anything else to let her know. She was friendly, warm welcoming, her eyes were happy and you could she her smile under her mask. She IS the employee that went above and beyond... the one always portrayed in commercials. Jenny is the employee that stands out to a customer and made an ok experience shopping a wonderful experience. Your store needs more employees who give the vibes of happiness, genuine attention, loves her job and more importantly respects and appreciates the customers. I don’t think I have ever had an employee like Jenny at any Target, or even more any common store. Read moreSo to the nature of the virus they were unable to tell me over the phone if they had the game that I was looking for. I could not order it on line, but online stated that the store had the product. Now I am a healthcare worker so on my only day off I drove an hour from Williamstown to Delran to end up coming into the store with two associates walking right by me while I was on my hands and knees looking on the bottom shelf to find what I was looking for. They did not acknowledge me, did not even say if I needed help or anything. I asked the young man if he could help me find the game he asked me what the name was and he replied " you can probably find it in either of those two black bins over there or in the back shelf". I can understand if it was busy but it was a thursday and the middle of the day. If I could give this store a half star I would. TARGET LOST...
