Very dissapointing experiences one after another. Everytime I decide to treat myself on the ride to work and get a vanilla flat white it is never made correctly, either watery or a cappuccino. A flat white cost more and it would be nice if this location cared more about drink quality. The past 2 times I was here no one was behind me in line. I just don't understand why these partners can't take an extra few seconds to make it right. What's the rush? They don't even attempt to do a slow pour. I worked for starbucks for 5 years and cross trained partners on drink quality at multiple locations and know that what I'm expecting is not much effort. It starts with the leadership, you have to create a drink quality culture at your store. The partners should be competitive with each other on drink quality, practicing in down time and taking pictures of the beautiful drinks they made and proudly putting it on their socials.
