Public Storage — Attraction in Delran Township

I've been a customer a long time and they raise your rate every 3 months then they tell me to rent another one to go back to the same price but everytime I ask they say there's nothing available also they don't take very good care of the place the ceiling is falling down all over my stuff and there's rats and mice eating through boxes needless to say im out of there for what they are charging for units atleast keep the rats and mice out also don't try to enter your unit when it's raining the roof pours water all over you and their security there's maybe 3 cameras for the entire complex can't even see one from my unit and as for the one lady working the front desk she is a very spiteful and jealous person and thinks she knows everything and doesn't know a thing you need to treat long time customers much better you won't be full like this forever making you think you can take...

Public Storage in Delran is such a great facility. Its always clean and well maintained. The manager at the property, Tina, is always so friendly and helpful and always displays such professionalism. She has always made my experience renting and storing that much more pleasant and easy. I've stored with other companies over the years but i've always had complaints wether it be a sloppy dirty facility and property or unfriendly and unprofessional management. With public storage you can always expect top notch customer service and clean and neat facilities which is especially true in Delran. In the future when I have storage needs I will always choice public storage because it really makes my time renting a unit hassle free. They are a bunch of crooks please 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😥beware they will sell your storage and make up a bunch of new rules along the way .. Example they told me they had a price increase and that I couldn't have assess to my unit cause I was five day late. IT is not in the contract that if you are late they will lock you out of your unit cause that means you have come get your stuff before it's to late or get your stuff sold at auction .
