Putt'n Around — Attraction in Delray Beach

Went to Putt'n Around on Sunday May 3rd with my wife and brother. We brought a buy-one get-one coupon that the business had posted in the 2021 Palm Beach County Save Around book. At the counter the clerk advised us that they no longer accept the coupons and handed it back to me. Fair enough, but then the clerk insisted that he would have to "confiscate" my coupon - exactly how he said it, he would have to "confiscate" it - telling me I had to hand the coupon over to him without honoring it. I did so and not wanting to disappoint my family decided to pay the full price. We did the Oceans course, which has several places where your ball can just roll into one of the water traps. More frustrating than fun; nets on long handles are provided to retrieve the ball, but the water traps are far enough from the tee the ball can almost get out of reach by the time you walk over to it. Not a good value for the money; you can play much more elaborate courses for just a few bucks more at places like Pirate's Cove - where they do accept coupons. Knowing they would not accept the coupons Putt'n Around should at least post a sign or display on their web site that the coupons are no longer valid. We will not...

Talk about a Fun family affair for the kids. Although my kids have grown, we tried something different by trying out this place to wind down after a late diner in a fine cool weather. What a captivating place! Great light show, the landscape was beautifully manicured, the staff was ultimately friendly and warm. We were a group of 5. There were some groups about to finish and a family of 4, (with a baby in a carriage). There were mini valleys, streams, and challenging greens etc with interesting signs and unexpected and hidden "loopies" around. Makes you analyze and think how and where to hit the ball to sink it in the target. I also notice the group of with kids were having so much fun. The place is adjacent to the railroad so you can also hear the trains pass by! The nite ended with great pleasure, most especially, if you are spending it with family. Coming back in cool days is a good time to experience this...

Me and my partner have been here twice back in 2019 and just last night. Both times it was consistently a great experience. Especially around this time of year. They put a lot of effort into decorating and making the environment enjoyable. We prefer to go at night to see the lights. Its relaxing with all of the mini water streams between some areas in the course. The courses are a mixture of simple and tricky, making it fun to verse those you're playing with. They offer alcoholic beverages for those wanting to drink with some friends etc. The staff are friendly and helpful if you have any questions and knowledgeable if you're new to the game! The bathrooms are clean and there are seating areas for yourself and those you're with. The prices are reasonable. I've recommended this place to a couple friends and family.
