I went early in the morning to get my eyebrows waxed and a color change on my toes. A lady struggled to file the acrylic off of my toes and had to get the receptionist to do it. When all of the acrylic was off she said “looks much better now, it was terrible before” Um rude, but okay. She painted my toes very sloppily and brought me to the wax room where she waxed my eyebrows. I left with my eyebrows looking the same as I walked in. A mess. They didn’t even tell me to go dry my toes just told me my total was $35 and sent me on my way. I smudge my polish getting into my car and went back inside, receptionist had a annoyed look on his face when I told him my issue. Overall 0/10 experience and this isn’t my first bad experience. I’ve tried to let them redeem themselves because they’re walking distance from my home but honestly it’s a big waste of money, I’d rather put $35 of gas and drive somewhere else with...

I had a manicure and asked the girl, prior to the service, how much a manicure was, she said $10. As I went to pay, they charged me $15 for my manicure. I asked why, when I was told $10, and an older lady said because she buffed my nails. First of all, the girl who did my nails never told me it would be $5 extra, and second... $5 to buff the nail??!! That’s part of the manicure! Rip Off!! Buffing is just like filing!! And I didn’t use any nail polish!! Sad business!! AND, they do not sanitize the pedicure stations properly. They are supposed to clean the jets and scrub the foot spa after each client, and with a disinfectant, but all they do is spray lightly with a regular cleaner and wipe off. VERY UNSANITARY!! Spend your money elsewhere. This place uses cheap products and gel and the inside smells like toxic chemicals which is not good for you. I went many times when I was pregnant and asked them to open the door for me to waft out the chemicals and they rolled their eyes at me. They were always extremely rude to me. My nails they did broke constantly and I’ve literally tried every artist in there and no one is talented at just doing basic gel or acrylic nails. They also gossip behind your back in mandarin. I lived in China for years even though I’m Caucasian I know basic mandarin. They were calling me ugly while pregnant. So mean and tasteless !!
