I visited this AT&T location today on my lunch break to pay my phone bill, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The female employee working there was very rude and completely unhelpful. When I arrived, she told me to give her a moment, so I waited patiently while she assisted another customer. That part wasnât the issue.
The problem began after she finished helping that customer her attitude toward me changed completely. When I tried to pay my bill in cash, she suddenly claimed her computer was âshutting downâ and told me to either come back later or go to another location. This was frustrating and unprofessional, especially since her computer seemed to work perfectly fine just moments before when she helped the previous customer.
I felt disrespected and singled out for no reason. It seemed like she was picking and choosing who she wanted to be polite to. I plan to get her name and file a formal complaint because this kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone...
