Spent about two weeks searching for new living room and bedroom furniture for myself and 11-year old son. Different places had certain items I was intetested in, but not all one location, the wait times were at a minimum, 3 months out, and a couple places I was going to settle on but when it was time for the bottom line, the hidden or unexplainable fees became clear. I figured I would look at one last place before I decided the old stuff would suffice, which it really wouldn't, so I strolled into Furniture Row and immediately found the bedroom set I wanted for myself. In the same instant I was warmly greeted by Nbor (sp? Sorry). He introduced himself self, explained the current sales/promotions, and gave a quick point-it-out overview of the layout of this huge showroom., told me to browse at my leisure and he would be there if I had questions. As i made my way thru the furniture to the living room part, I was warmly greeted, again, but was told if I had questions he would be happy to get Nbor. This was solid I thought in the event there's commission involved. He did help answer a few questions and based on his information I bought the blue marine leather set (not turquoise, Red.) As I went to my final destination, Francisco met me and what knowledge and insights into the world of mattresses. I bought 2 on his recommendation of the three different ones he thought would meet my goals for me and my son. Estimated time, 4-6 weeks, which was right in my needs.

The sales repre was awesome, she listened to my wants and challenges and went above and beyond her sale. I am very impressed and grateful for her assistance. I can't recall her name [I apologize] but she's at the front desk and has shoulder length black hair.* VERY helpful and honest. She gave me options. Now I haven't had a delivery experience yet but I hope it's just as efficient and professional as their service in store.
Let's talk about those options and WHY I've decreased my stars from 5 to 2. The delivery takes too long. I had to call and "check up" on the delivery status 2x when I did not receive the delivery set up call. Although the original sales rep was good she was not CLEAR. I wanted to purchase a Sealy mattress due to disability. She gave me a discounted option on a mattress but failed to indicate it was not Sealy but Denver mattresses line. When I saw the issue on the receipt I had to request them to email me, she quickly dismissed it, make a couple of excuses, and would not take accountability for her very deliberate sales diversion. I learned that this is what Denver Mattress employees will do. They will push Denver's line of mattresses in favor of the other brands. I did not appreciate that. The mattress I did end up purchasing is pretty good, and I was "sold" on keeping it instead of wasting my money to replace it from one of the delivery and set up workers who has the same mattress as mine. During my search for the ideal, affordable adjustable bed and mattress, he listened to what I wanted, and did not try to oversell me. He gained my trust because of the way he handled himself.
Not only, was he professional, respectful, and courteous, he also demonstrated his commitment to my satisfaction after the sale. When the adjustable bed and mattress was delivered, the deliverers broke my retractable screen door that was less than six months old.
I called Michael right away and he assured me he would address it with management. He called me back within 24 - 48 hours and asked me for the information on the door to order the replacement parts. To make a long story short, it took three separate attempts to obtain the right part to fix the door. Michael came out three times, on his own time to fix my screen door.
