I made plans to see Terrifier 2 with a friend, he drove out of town to see the movie with me. The website said all week there were only 6:00 pm showings all week so that’s what we planned for. When we showed up, there had been a showing at 5:30, and there was another one at 9:45 pm. The worker said there had been issues with the website times and wanted to see proof but we didn’t feel the need to screenshot before now so we couldn’t prove that we were right. We went to the 9:45, even though it was a 2 1/2 hour movie.
This week on SATURDAY (important because new movies release on thursdays) that same friend and I made plans to see Bones and All. We jokingly took a screenshot so we knew we had the movie times correct. When we showed up, the worker with pink hair couldn’t find the film. Another employee walked up and said the final showing for that film was THAT morning, clearly not advertised as such on the website. They tried to sell us tickets to Violent Night and The Menu but we politely declined and decided to call it a night, even though I could have raised a stink AND I had proof this time, I decided it wasn’t worth the effort. BUT THEN as my friend and I turned to leave the employee that interjected herself initially states “Bones and all is a movie for a CERTAIN CROWD.” To which the pink haired worker replied, “yeah I agree.”
So not only am I accusing this location of consistent false advertising but I’m pretty irate over the disrespect and judgement toward my film tastes being voiced by these employees. It’s so unbelievably rude and very much felt like them trying to get the last word in an altercation that literally didn’t happen. I didn’t even complain or show any emotion more than a slight disappointment with a kind smile as I wished them a good day.
Maybe call ahead to this location to make sure they don’t randomly drop the film you’re wanting to see…or just go to the IMAX nearby with more...

Regal Cinema's located here inside of the Lansing Mall offered me an UNLIMITED Movie Membership back in 2019.
I would now like to cancel the membership but no one here knows anything about it.
All they can tell me is to call customer service which they don't have a customer service number where you can speak to a live agent.
I feel as if this is a scam because they will give you a way to pay for the membership but they will not give you a way to cancel the membership.
Regal Cinema's (The Bad)
This place is a joke & the workers including the manager we're very rude, disrespectful & unprofessional towards me.
I wasn't sure if it was because of what I needed help with or if was because of my disability but either way the service was terrible!
They we're behind the counter laughing at me with what I needed help with. The laughing didn't start until after I walked away but I'm pretty sure that they we're doing it intentionally trying to make me aware of it as they we're really loud about it.
I will be reporting them to the BBB.
If you are looking for a place to go to watch UNLIMITED Movie's. Celebration Cinema has the best deals & membership for you.
Celebration Cinema's (The Good)

Celebration Cinema's (The Bad) Most of the theaters are dirty between the seats filled with junk from concession.
The managers & the workers there can be very rude & disrespectful towards...
Read moreOn April 26, 2019 I tried purchasing tickets for endgame online and was informed your system was down. My family wanted to see the movie very badly so we drove the 35+ minutes to your cinema to purchase tickets. We informed the lady we wanted the 11;30 am seats and purchased 8 tickets. Spent 65.70 (3 children, 1 student and 4 adults). We returned the next day and spent 62.00 on concessions and went to find our seats. When we went to sit down there were already people in our seats...we looked at our tickets to see that she had given us tickets for 11:30 PM!!! We ran to customer service as the movie was starting only have to wait in line behind a couple who had the same problem. They were given free tickets for their problem and new seats in the 12pm viewing.....My family on the other hand was never offered an apology, free tickets or anything for our problem. We were told there were no available seats unless we wanted nose bleeds at the 12pm viewing.... Considering the money I just spent on tickets and concessions being almost 130.00!!! we took the seats. At the end of an amazing movie that was so close we had to crane our necks the whole time....we all had headaches, backaches and our eyes hurt. This was our first time at your cinema and will definitely be our last. Beyond...
