The rest I found on the dock by situ so unfortunately I had one of the worst experiences ever I went in On December 20th and purchased One of the more expensive of the Used washer's I am formed the manager that I would pick it up on December 24th he told me that will find that they would be there and and just to be there early so when I get there were looking all over for the washer and come to find out that the washer was sent to their warehouse by accident so at that point I chose to go ahead and drive out to the warehouse to pick it up myself because it was meant to be a surprise Christmas gift for my mother on the way out there the axle on my truck breaks so I was unable to pick it up I called management and inform them so that it could be delivered so at that point soon as date they could deliver was a week out so the day They delivered the washer they take it downstairs set it up and told me because they store the washer's in their trucks overnight for the next day deliveries that the water freezes and they're not to try to test it for at least 6 hours so I waited the 8 hours went to attempt to test it and come to find out that 1 the washer has buttons and knobs that are broken and then we hear A Horrendous grinding noise. So the next day we go in and informed the manager that the washer's not operational and we look for resolution with them the managers says that he could upgrade the washer for up to a $120 of an upgrade for and another youth washer's which we go ahead and do and we set up a delivery date which is another week out so this is two weeks out now. So the day it was supposed to be delivered nobody shows I call the manager if I now why wasn't delivering and it comes to find out that they didn't deliver it because suppose me there were no address on the invoice to deliver to so we had to wait one more day. The next day when this was delivered they set everything up tell us we have to wait for hours to test it because of the ice we wait the 4 hours when we test it it seems I givry thing is going fine and then within the 1st 2nd test this 2nd one starts grinding So we go in the next day and inform them that this one is also broken so instead of just switching the washer's out again we go with the option of having the main washer technician come out to check the washer to see what's wrong with it Stomach issues are common side effects so the next day I call in to find out when the technician for the out the technician very helpful comes out immediately start checking over the washer and finds out that the transmission on the washer's out and informed me that is better to just replace it with another one then to try and fix the machine so we let the manager know but this time because we're fed up with the used washer my mom op's out to use the money that was spent for the washer originally to go towards a new washer which she had to pay the difference now they did do all these deliveries and everything for free they did give us $50 back and they did give my mom her warranty on the washer which is also a $50 value for free however she still had to pay $208 out of pocket so after that new 1 was purchased we still had to wait another week for them to deliver the brand new washer. So needless to say about a month after Christmas she is finally gotten her washer however due to a poor delivery service and people passing the buck my mother's surprise Christmas present Was delivered a month late and no longer a surprise. I do appreciate Josh and Eric the managers for trying to do the everything they could to make things right for all the mess up due to the other departments whether it was the repairs delivery or whoever but unfortunately I will never go back to them to purchase another appliance and I would recommend nobody...
Read moreI purchased a dishwasher on sale from their website, only to be informed two days later that they didn't have any locally. They told me that if I wanted the dishwasher, I would need to pay over $200 more. They did have the same model in a warehouse out of state but expected me to pay an additional $200 for freight. The employee I spoke to informed me that it was his job to make sure they had the item, but I missed a sale for the same model and price at Best Buy (I chose Appliance Factory because they had lower installation costs). I was informed that their website was not connected to a live server. They wasted my time and caused me to miss out on a competitor's offer.
There's no excuse for this, and it's not unreasonable to expect the items listed for sale to be available for purchase. Even allowing that mistakes do happen, rather than telling me immediately that the dishwasher wasn't available (which would have given me time to go to Best Buy), I was sent an email saying they tried to call, but the phone lines were down. I attempted to call back and was unable to get through, assuming it was to set up delivery. Rather than just telling me immediately that the item wasn't available, they tried to sell me the same item for $200 more or "help" me find a different dishwasher. Bait and switch is a dishonest...
Read morePurchased brand new kitchen appliances and the entire process has been HORRIBLE. From mistakes on the order, parts I was not told I would need to buy until at the time of installation. Then an additional call out to a tech due to the sales person not reviewing the measurements of the space. For an additional fee and waiting 3 days, it was installed. Then the dishwasher would not close and after that repair visit, I ran my dishwasher and there was no water while the dishwater ran. Also, there were issues with new refrigerator doors not closing properly as well as the drawer.
I called regarding this and got the run around and they acted as if they were doing me a favor for addressing the problem. The way in which the "managers" spoke to me was condescending and rude. They never followed up on the refrigerator issue, had to call again to get an answer an again got the run around.
The amount of money I supposedly saved was not worth the hassle and the 4 days that I had to be home for the repairs that were need on items that were not even 3 weeks old.
Bottom Line... Go somewhere else, the customer service is horrible and not worth the inconveniences. This did not happen when I went to a different location prior, do...
