Read moreThis is my go to for when we want bagels. We do normally have to wait a good while just to get bagels with spread and toasted. But today, we went in to get our bagels, french toast one with plain and one with honey almond; After confirming at least three times with the girl who took out order. When we returned home, they both had honey almond. I have a tree but allergy and sadly can not have almonds. Trust Me, I wish I could but I can't, therefore must be careful about certain food items. Since covid, customer service everywhere has gone done hill. This needs to change! As someone who has worked customer service for 15+ yrs, this was disrespectful and rude for how this employee...

When I confirmed, she retrieved my order from behind the counter, where it had apparently been sitting for an unknown amount of time and was now cold.
I suggested that if they weren't going to follow the app's procedure, they should put up a sign to let customers know to approach the counter. She then claimed she didn't work there, despite wearing a name tag and assisting other customers, and walked away while I was still speaking to her.
After this experience and reading other reviews, it seems this level of service is typical here. Unfortunately, this will not be my go-to bagel shop in my new...
