I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Ulta Beauty from Rosemarie C. (Rosie) and even more frustrated with the unwillingness to correct the issue. I trusted your salon for a root touch-up with full highlights and within just two weeks, the color on my front roots faded significantlyâsomething that should not happen so quickly with a professional treatment.
Whatâs even more upsetting is the way my concern has been handled. Not only did the stylist fail to offer any meaningful assistance, but I was then asked to travel a long distance just for the salon to âtake a look,â with no guarantee of a correction. In fact, I was even told that I might be charged again, which is absolutely ridiculous given that this issue is due to the quality of service provided.
To make matters worse, I was told that the fading could just be new hair growthâessentially implying that I may be lying about the issue. As an experienced customer, I know the difference between color fading and hair growth, and I find it unacceptable that my concern was dismissed in this manner.
This experience has not only lost you one customer but two, as well as any potential customers we could have referred. Word of mouth is powerful, and I will not hesitate to share my experience with others who rely on trusted recommendations when choosing a salon. It is disappointing that Ulta Beauty does not stand by its services, and as a loyal returning customer, I...
Read moreI'll start by saying I've had my brows done in many different Benefits and never had this problem - that's why I was so disappointed. My brows look fine - that's not the problem. The problem is that Pam, the woman who did my brows, product pushed the ENTIRE time. She kept pushing me to try Benefit skincare products and cosmetics, and to get a facial at Ulta. She went on and on about products that are great for rosacea and I don't have rosacea, and recommending products that are all wrong for my skin type. She piled on product after product on my skin (something I've never experienced at a brow bar) and two days later I'm breaking out all around my brow area. She went on and on about how Ulta does things better than Sephora, and all around just talked down to me like I was a child. It was really uncomfortable. It wasn't a relaxing experience at all and quite frankly I don't think it's any way to treat a costumer who is paying good money. They make you give a review right in front of them at check out, so I was uncomfortable and gave her a better review than she deserved; that's why I'm writing this one now. I won't be getting my brows...
Read moreThis place is one of my go-to for beauty, makeup, nails, and other gifts, including (sets,) they have a variety of perfume/ cologne / body sprays and lotions. and many tools for about anything you need to do with beautification. Nice collection storage options, too. They also have a (Salon) section that features a substantial selection of shampoo/ conditioners masks tools ect, but they do not have bleaching products or extensions at this store that I saw.. you may be best to go to a salon store for those, you can ask staff if they can refer you to another Ulta Beauty store or ask for a recommendation, most of the time they are more than willing to lend a hand in finding you what your after, product wise. "Okay, the only downsides to this place is that it is kind of pricey$$~$$$𫣠and unfortunately, at my last visit, I encountered one rude staff member. No matter, though, I would still shop here regardless. Aside from the above-mentioned staff, it is friendly. And one more thing store is open till 9pm! Most of the time, I hope this helps...
