Starbucks — Restaurant in Denver

I've stopped at this Starbucks before & customer service has always been good (that's why I stopped here today!) This morning, however, after placing my order for egg whites and waiting, my order was never called. I had to inquire about my order and was told that "they're right there". While I certainly wasn't expecting them to bring it to my table, a simple acknowledgement that we forgot to call your order out would have been the right thing to do. Docking a star coz no drivethru and there's one across the i25 a little north, maybe a mile or 2. Otherwise, it's a Starbucks, and they have mediocre staff and signage.

Covid specific: they dont really have good signage usually aside from like the typical countertop fluff and it shows during the pandemic, they get snippy with folks who grab their own stuff like stoppers but dont have anything saying you can't. I have frequented this SB for several years. Staff is GREAT, FRIENDLY AND OVERALL AWESOME. My one big complaint is today I went in and the place was VERY dirty. Crumbs all over the tables, crumbs on the floor, This location is fairly small with a smaller than normal seating. My suggestion would be to have more two person tables. People come in and spread out with papers, laptops bills etc and they sit at the larger tables and little to no room for 1 person to sit.
