Marshalls — Local services in Denver

I came to this location (that I always shop at) on a Friday night. I got there at 8:40pm knowing they close at 9:30pm. I have never been so rushed out of a store in my life. They started talking on the intercom at 8:50 always saying it was 10 mins later than it was. Over and over they said it was 9:15 (wasn't even 9 yet) trying to hurry people up. I went to try on my clothes really quick at 9:10. I used to work in retail, I know how it is. I told the woman I'd hurry and said "okay I need you to hang things up neatly so it doesn't take my time" and I was like.... Okay. I always do, again worked in retail, but it was very strange. As soon as I come out of my dressing room she grabs my clothes including the ones I was keeping trying to go run them. I had to ask to take the ones I was buying back from her and then she told me without asking me how my night was or if I found everything okay "dressing rooms closed" again this was 10-15 mins before closing. I know you have to do a lot to close but I have never been so rushed. Once again the boy on the intercom saying they're closed when it's 15 mins before closing. Then at 5 til he said the correct time and told people they need to check out now. I know this is a long review but it was insane. Makes me think twice about going to this location. I believe next time I'll go out of my way to a further store just to...

Absolute terrible, not a single isle had any organization. Assorted sizes of items in every section I looked in. Extremely rude elderly lady. The beat employee was a very young gentleman. I went I'm there dressed in Prana paints, Salomon shoes & a small over one shoulder Osprey bag.i was stalked, not followed,STALKED be this elderly lady. When asked if I could speak to a manager she replied, her picture is on the wall. I will be righting headquarters, I was stalked so badly I wanted to shoplift for that reason. I am 43 years old, social service worker, and haven't shoplifter since middle school. It's not even about being surveyed, I'm not going to steal so what do I have to worry about. It's. Comparing to most TJ, Home Goods n some of the good Ross stores Marshalls r at the bottom of my list. Their prices r always a buck or 2 higher even for the same items. Their home goods cost even more. Majority of their clothing choices r not trendy. Their merchandising is not good. I never walked in a Marshalls store and had an attractive 1st impression. I dont like the way they use the end caps to put their sale or clearance items. They r packed in a very disorderly manner that u cant even touch 1 item w/o 10 falling off the shelf. I usually go in to look but most times walk out empty handed. However, i must say they r still better than Tuesday...
