Nail Touch Vy — Attraction in Denver

I have tried their mani-pedi service 4 times with 4 different manicurists, but the way they have treated me has never changed.

I have always felt like I’m being scolded. First, I thought it is the language barrier; however, finally yesterday, the color palette was taken from me sharply while I was “still” choosing my color. When I make a comment about the manicure/pedicure of a nail or let them know about something I don’t like, the ladies are so aggressive that they start talking to each other loudly in their language and they laugh.

I feel like I am there to serve them not to receive a service and I have to say “perfect, no problem at all” otherwise I am not welcomed.

Today, I went back to the salon for one of my gel nails, which has been peeled although I had my nails done yesterday and obviously they were extremely frustrated and not nice at all. They didn’t even apologize but they treated me like they were making me a favor to fix it.

The prices are cheaper than the other nail salons around me, this is why I was giving a try, but then I realized I go to the nail salon not only to have my nails done, but also enjoy the process not to feel anxious...

I have been there twice. The first time I hat cat eyes installed but they never gave me a manicure they just pushed my cuticles back. The staff had no clue how to properly install cats eyes and had to keep reinstalling them because they weren’t mechanically inclined enough to figure out that the magnet needs to be held longer/closer to the nail surface to get a defined “cats eye”. Also my shellac chipped within 48 hours and within 72 hours my hands had multiple chips and lifts. I received a pedicure here too on a separate occasion. This consisted of them using a sanding/power tool half heartedly on my feet. I was so unimpressed. It was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. When I left my toe nails looked good but my feet looked and felt like they had received no love. When I got home I got so much dead skin off of my feet it was a sin. I went in Nov. 2015 because a classmate worked there. The owner (I assume) did my nails. He did a good job. However, Dec. 8th, I went for a refill and brought my daughter for a solar gel set on her natural nail. They convinced us that the gel "polish" would dry as hard as the gel "powder". Because of the length of her nails and her job, the polish wasn't hard enough, she didn't like the "flex" of her nails. We go back the next day, expecting to pay.... "We want to change to the gel powder instead of the polish". We were told, "You need go another place, you too picky, we take off for you, but you not come back, you too picky." I said, "It's too picky to pay for a different service after we asked if this would be hard as gel and its not?" He gave my daughter $15 for the polish, but we will NEVER go back there.
