I cannot recommend Heather enough! From the moment we met, she made me feel completely supported and confident in my breastfeeding journey. She not only helped us work through latching issues but also created a personalized feeding plan that fit our baby’s needs and my comfort level. What really stood out was the extra care she provided — incorporating gentle craniosacral therapy and even giving our baby a soothing massage. The difference in my baby’s comfort and feeding afterward was incredible. She also shared QR codes with excellent resources, and gave me so much education and encouragement that I left feeling empowered and informed. She is a wealth of knowledge and an expert at what she does. If you’re looking for a lactation consultant who goes above and beyond with both knowledge and heart, Heather is truly the best. She has been a blessing to me, and I’m so grateful for her guidance!

I have been consistently doing the sauna every week, and using the PEMF for my lupus and fibromyalgia extreme pain flares. This is the third time I’ve tried PEMF during an intense lupus flare. It took my pain and inflammation down significantly (to the point I can function), and helps so much with organ pain. The sauna is something I am adding to my forever routine. - normally saunas make my heart work too hard (I have POTS) but the Infrared and PEMF sauna heats my whole body up and my heart doesn’t have to catch up. I can physically feel it helping with my bone and joint pain, and every time I get out, my body is significantly less inflamed. I recommend it as a tool for anyone with bone and joint pain/inflammation. I love that the space is women run and owned, and that everything is centered around healing and recovering.

Melissa did cranio-sacral on me. Very calm & relaxing. My cousin & aunt did foot baths. They were invigorated. Very pleasant. Staff are very professional and pleasant. Will visit again.

I'm going to try to put into words how much Amanda at Recovery Lounge & Spa has made a difference in my life but a short review will be hard to do it justice. When I came here I was so sick with many autoimmune issues. I had been sick for about 5years and just kept getting sicker. My most serious issue was that I had developed MCAS, mast cell activation syndrome. I had gone into anefylactic shock twice and after the second episode I continued to have severe breathing issues every day. I was beyond terrified. It felt like every breath I took was a struggle. I was reacting to almost all food and any minor stresser such as a change in weather. It felt like every system in my body had gone haywire. I went to traditional doctors as well as a functional doctor and no one had been able to help me. I knew there had to be a holistic way to heal but I was out of ideas on how. I started seeing an amazing NTP who is helping me heal from a heavy toxic burdern around the same time I started coming here. The combination of these two practitioners changed my life. My nervous system felt like it didn't know how to work anymore before coming here. I felt like I couldn't chew or swallow food anymore and it was like I had forgotten how to take a breath. The Cranial Sacral sessions made all the difference in my body being able to heal. Amanda was able to bring so much deep healing to my nervous system that I had not been able to achieve any other way. I have steadily improved and am dramatically more stable and healthy than when I first came here. I never knew the body was capable of such deep healing. I now trust my body whereas before I felt betrayed by it. Now when I do have minor flares I am more able to believe that I will be ok and that I will continue to full healing. Amanda helped me trust my body again, something I didn't know if I'd ever be able to do again. I am steadily getting my life back, each month I am becoming more functional. Doctors were not able to offer me any help or even any hope. Instead of having to go a medical route of harsh treatments I was able to heal through gentle but effective care. If you have any health issues I would absolutely recommend this place, I would also recommend doing this as maintenance and preventative care. This is a very special place...

My advice is to opt for the 99 or 189 per-month options for your 4 or 8 credits. Try to visit two or three times a month for your massage, foot bath, PEMF, NeurOptimal, or other modalities. Continue like this for two or three months. At this rate, you should be able to maximize the value of the amenities on offer. Meanwhile, all the therapists are very skilled. You will, however, have to probably wait about two to three months to see if your experience at Recovery is routinely positive. I say that, because when I was a frequent guest there, I very quickly ran into problems on the business side of things. Some of the staff are wonderful and require absolutely no further commentary. Others, while I was a frequent guest, simply hadn’t been trained up. The effect was that, if ever there were more than five or six guests in the store, I was more than likely going to have a very unenjoyable time. So, I didn’t end up staying there for too long. Rather, I really benefited from floatation therapy and acupuncture. If you don’t try to make something work when it no longer serves you, you should be able to leave this place feeling better than when...

Amanda and the wonderful healing space that she has created has been very helpful for me in my journey of recovery. A traumatic head injury few years ago plus EBV had triggered a bunch of dis-eases within for which I couldn't find a whole lot of helpful traditional medical treatments. Everything Amanda offers along with acupuncture sessions have been very helpful for me!! This is the place to go if you have had any concussions or experienced any kind of trauma (physical/emotional/spiritual) or is dealing with long COVID or long term effects of other viruses or burnout from all the stressors around us. The craniosacral sessions with Amanda is just what you need to relax and let healing happen! My vision had deteriorated a lot after my head injury but with Amanda's sessions they are slowly improving. All the other modalities offered here such as the sauna, mat and foot detox has also been very helpful! My liver loves the detox! Thank you so much Amanda and Beth for creating and holding this space that is safe, nurturing and...
