This place is an absolute JOKE! Been nothing but issues since the day I signed my paperwork. Took 6 months to get my trailer finished since they couldn't tell me anything about regulations. I would find something out from the health agency, and they would respond with "oh that's never happened before" or "we just had a trailer that needed that piece removed to pass inspection" when the inspectors told me otherwise. Charging $200 to drill 8 holes and bolt a piece of equipment to a table. Should be welded for that price. They replaced my window lock because they claim someone broke in and stole all the keys, well the replacement also broke a bunch of fiberglass on the outside they didn't fix. They backed my trailer into another trailer on their lot and tore off the outside lights and refused to fix it and just gave me the wrong size replacement lights for it. Alejandra is extremely rude and lazy, then once you're mad she goes "I'm going to need you to remember I'm still a lady". What a copout at being a terrible person and employee. Saray ignores customers over and over again when the trailer is at their shop being "fixed" and is then extremely rude when she finally responds after getting Alejandra to force her to respond. These women who run the office also don't come in until 10am and they are out of the office by 3pm....the absolute laziest people I've ever met in my life!! I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Maybe it would go smoother if I were Mexican and spoke fluent Spanish. Those seem to be the only good reviews of this thieving pile of garbage company. None of the plumbing was done properly. I've had to redo everything since the entire plumbing system leaks everywhere from parts that don't fit the connections. Drilled holes and didn't fill them so everything inside the trailer froze. "Installed" my espresso machine and didn't hook up the drain water line, so more of my time wasted when I paid these ignorant people to do the work.

I hope your company gets what it deserves and completely fails. You are all disgusting, terrible people that run a business of taking advantage of others and...

Update: we did end up finally getting a response from them after the electrical system was overloaded. The trailer was taken back for a second time and they DID fix a couple major issues that resulted in the trailer functioning again. HOWEVER, when we went to turn on the rest of the equipment which they were paid to install, we ran in to more problems. They were also paid to convert the fryer to propane which they did, but broke the valves in the process (according to the outside appliance repair service that ultimately fixed the fryer). As soon as the fryer was turned on, 3 foot flames were shooting out of the vents which burned the wall of the trailer immediately (there is supposed to be a 6” clearance of space stated right in the fryer’s manual that they neglected to leave). We were lucky we didn’t get blown up. As if that were not enough, they failed to set up drainage on the espresso machine and the internal pump and wiring on this expensive machine is now damaged since they left our equipment in freezing temperatures while at their lot. It was fair to add to the original review…they almost got 2 stars after finally responding, but they really earned that one ⭐️

This organization is not what they say they are. Virtually everything on the trailer needed to be fixed or redone. Everything was slapped together so badly it was actually dangerous. They keep changing their name and moving locations since they leave a trail of people who they have stolen 10s of thousands of dollars from. They responded the first couple times with problems they only made worse, then completely ghosted us. When we finally thought we were in the clear after fixing virtually every moving part on the thing, the electrical system failed and is no longer responding....just like them. These people are most likely running this operation as a front for bringing over illegal workers from Mexico & it is amazing how long they have been getting away with it. Worst experience ever. I ordered a trailer and had asked their salesperson about financing for the trailer. Was told, in my quote, that I would have 2-4 months to pay for the trailer when production was complete. We got approved for a loan through Clicklease to get production started. I had a terrible time getting any information from customer service about the status of the trailer. 3 weeks before the trailer was due, I asked them how much I would need to get the trailer off the lot. I was then told I would need the payment in full. No where on their site, quote, or anything was stated that it needed to be paid in full. I showed them the email that that said I was told 2-4 months. They didn't care. Had to cancel my trailer, and now have to deal with the loan company. Worst customer service, sales, and company.
