Events United — Attraction in Derry

I can't recommend Events United highly enough! Long story short: if you have a vision for an event, they'll bring it to life. And in our experience, they'll make it even better than you ever thought it could be.

They hosted our first ever "virtual" Granite State Baseball Dinner in November, and we were blown away by the production quality, professionalism, and overall execution of the event. We thought the new remote format would be a challenge, but the staff and facility at Events United helped make it one of our most successful events yet.

Their state-of-the-art studio allowed us to customize the viewer experience down to every detail, from videos, to graphic animations, to live zoom interviews. Looking back at the photos of their massive HD screen, the show felt like an episode of SportsCenter!

The team at Events United took the time to run through each aspect of the broadcast, and even scheduled a test day for us leading up to the main event. They handled every last-minute change we threw at them, and were ready for any questions we had. Putting on this event could have been a stressful experience, but their preparation and professionalism made it seem like another day at the office (if your office was a Hollywood-caliber studio).

The staff also made us feel safe by following COVID-19 protocol. I never saw an employee without a mask (not even an exposed nose!), and the studio has more than enough space for safe social distancing.

Events United has hosted marquee events like the remote Dropkick Murphy's St. Patrick's Day Concert, and I'm certain they'll continue to host more high-profile performances in the future. Looking back, I think we'll feel very lucky that we got to host an event at a spectacular...

Trifon and Felipe (Bida) were absolute rock stars. Trifon pulled off the AVL equivalent of a miracle when he magically produced an SDI splitter just when we needed it most, keeping the show running seamlessly. His professionalism, calm demeanor, and deep technical expertise were unmatched.

Bida was equally impressive, winning over everyone on our team — even those who don’t know the difference between DMX and HDMI. His quick thinking and clear communication during setup helped us avoid a major rear projection issue. With limited time for adjustments, his insight was invaluable. Before I get into the quality of the production of Events United, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for fitting my program into Events United very busy schedule...the humanness in understanding my desperate situation and moving ahead to make it possible. The entire Centennial Celebration was a great success! The technicians arrived on time to set-up the equipment, the 4 TV's were situated in the ideal spots so that the 200 guests could see the entire presentation from whatever angle they were seated. There was no concern about people tripping over cables as they were taped above the doorways. The young man, Dan, was very accommodating to address a few changes with slides in the PPT. The technology was beyond my everyday use of it, so I had many questions...Events United manager was open and very helpful in facilitating additional help. The entire 100 celebration was a wonderful experience, and I can only congratulate Events United for the quality and professional rendition they made possible for an important celebration.
