Smokers Haven Derry - Smoke & Vape Shop — Attraction in Derry

I was in on Sunday September 29 2024 to help a friend get a vape device and off cigarettes. Maddie is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he bought the same device as me a Xros Mini Blue to Purple, with juice concentrate equivalent to Marlboro Lights. The following day I went back to buy a pack of pod and bout the upgraded “ Cortex 2.0, 1 ohm”. For the record the upgraded version so far I’m very satisfied with the flavor is much richer and worth the extra $2. As I mentioned I just purchased them today Monday September 30 2024 so unsure about the life expectancy for new pods though was told they are supposed to last longer. After receiving horrible customer service at IVape in Londonderry (skip that store), I had low expectations when I went to Smokers Haven. Thankfully, I was wrong. The young woman at the counter listened to my situation (I'm switching from cigarettes to vapes), my concerns and what I'm looking for in a vape product. She demonstrated her knowledge of the products in her store (even products they don't carry!) and gave me the pros and cons of multiple devices. I left the store happy with what I purchased and much more educated on vapes. Worse place I’ve ever been to. I’m on my 2nd battery that has stopped working after it’s been 7 days, this one literally fell apart while charging for the second time only. I will never buy anything from this company, all they said was I will sell you a new. Never go to this place!!!!!!

Unfortunately I do not use my device very often one week was not enough time to see the errors. This is my second device of a different brand. I talked with a manger and all they said was if it’s not within 7 days they can’t do anything. Pretty sad I’ve got sold two faulty batteries and I get blamed for breaking it in my pocket. I will never be back I hope no one else...
