I use a 4 wheeled walker and need elevator to get to different floor. Only 3 mall elevators, of which only one worked. Had to use elevators in department stores at the ends of the mall. Was leaving as mall was closing. Was on 2nd level and car parked on 1st level in garage. Mall empty of customers. Maintenance man directed me to elevator to garage. It was not working. No answer at phone numbers posted for customer assistance or security. Ended up calling 911, the last number posted, for help. Policeman came quickly, put walker and belongings in car and drove me to my car on first level. Another man in uniform appeared right after police got there. He may have been security staff. He entered mall to check on elevator. I was exhausted and not happy about calling 911 for a non-life...

At least the food court has a chick-fil-a because otherwise i would recommend just packing a pb&j and a caprisun in case you get hungry because the rest of the food court is overpriced and tastes like something your friend that “just got into cooking” would whip up when they’re feeling “creative”. The stores range from a two story H&M, a hot topic with 7 things in total, a VStock with DVDs from yesteryears hottest tv shows like House and TWD, a store that makes everything out of wood, a tiny Barnes and Nobel, and a bath and body works. Read moreWith malls across the country dying, you'd never know it at the West County Mall. The building is always busy, clean, and has a wide variety of stores to browse. Barnes and Noble is a favorite to frequent... We went to Helzberg Diamonds for a wedding band. The staff were very helpful and the first ring they recommended matched PERFECTLY to my engagement ring! We also did some Christmas shopping and just enjoyed the lively atmosphere...
