They did a good job of replacing a side window on my Mazda at a cost of about $50 more than a further away competitor estimated. But there were issues. After they took the car in, they came right back because the replacement window was chipped. They needed to get another one and weren't sure when it would come in. So they wasted an hour and a half of my time that day. I'd suggest that in the morning each, they should unbox and check all the replacement windows for that day so they can cancel ahead of time if they have to. After four days I wanted to know if they had found a new window but I was unable to contact them directly because of the robo answering set up. Eventually I was able to message someone at their national switchboard but all that person could tell me was that my order was "active." So another hour of my time wasted because they didn't communicate with me and they weren't set up to communicate. After 5 days I got a message telling me to reschedule - again, an automatic computer communication. I rescheduled and I got an automatic response with a preliminary invoice on which the cost of the repair had doubled, from $400 to $800! Of course, there was no way for me to call anyone to see if this was an error - which it turned out to be. They do a good job with the windows but they need to improve on the customer experience, beginning with letting customers talk with human beings rather than communicating with customer...
Read moreI'm a cancer patient and had a doctor's appointment there this morning as I was coming around the corner one of the doctors cut me off I honk my horn at her she flipped me off and said do you know who I am just let me park and then I'll talk to you. I drove on and parked. On my way into the building security guard stopped me she was still running her mouth at me I told her I didn't want to hear it he yelled at me she followed me into the building he followed me up the elevator when someone got off on the 4th floor he wouldn't allow the elevator to go any further by holding the door open and harassing me telling me he saw the whole thing when he couldn't the incident occurred around the corner from the building. I had to get off the elevator and get onto another elevator to get to the 8th floor for my appointment. Security guards are supposed to make you feel secure I felt very unsecured when they were both standing at the door when I left I will be calling to make sure something is done about this even though I already spoke to someone in the office before I left I do not feel secure something is going to be done no apology from the doctor nothing I will not return to...

The grilled chicken Pita order the Chief came on the bottom not on the top normally when you get a grilled chicken Pita you have cheese on the top and bottom and they put mayo on their grilled chicken pitas and it was dry without the Mayo I don't do mayo I normally do Ranch. So with that I have to walk all the way back on my break and just to get a dressing it's a put on it cuz if you don't ask you don't get it and if you don't get it on the sandwich you have to pay an extra $0.75 for it never had that at a Coney Island in Detroit I live in Detroit all my life and this is the first one that did this. What I eat here again to try something different know I would not patronize them again I would rather just go to a Coney Island outside of this new Center building I Stand Alone...
