The Norwood — Attraction in Detroit

I'm a loyal follower of the Jerk x Jollof events and this year, their NYE Party took place at this lovely venue in Detroit. I'm thoroughly impressed! From the space itself, the stone architecture, to the overall ambiance, it is a vibe! You all have outdid yourself with this beautiful venue. Truly enjoyed the lounge area downstairs with a full bar, dimly lit, with intimate seating along the walls. We rang in the new year with two-floors of hundreds of people from all over the world. This venue was so comfortable that it felt like being at home. Looking forward to returning soon....

Went for a Birthday Celebration, which happened to be my dance instructor over at M&D Dance studio in Livonia mi. From the moment we entered very impressive! There is a $10 cover, I believe it’s 2 levels we were in the lower level. Very friendly staff. I am a beginner ballroom dancer, they do a lot of ballroom dancing here. So. If you’re looking to practice and take your ballroom dancing to another level this is your place.
