Rude! Inept excuses! The assistant Manager came out of the back room and engaged an elderly lady behind me. During their discussion the Assistant Manager proceeded to nudge me to move out of her way so that she could discuss / show some of the products to the customer. I was completely ignored and never acknowledged. She did not ask me to move, she didn't say high or hello. Just a nudge to move. As the two proceeded, it became clear that the assistant Manger was going to continue to help this lady first who was standing behind me. Have bought candy at the Diamond Bar location for years: this last time was not a good experience apparently because the clerk who completed my order, Gloria T, was making a point, or having a bad day or who knows? I ordered a 32 oz box of dark chocolate with ALL fruit soft centers (strawberry; cherry; lemon; orange; etc). I got home and I had: 29 oz box of dark chocolate with chocolate soft centers: I believe I know why she made my box all dark chocolate and all chocolate centers and I won't return to the Diamond Bar See's as I no longer feel...

Went in the night before Thanksgiving, and had a wonderful experience. Was greeted promptly with smiles and samples, and the sweetest woman behind the counter Ray, had our back the entire time! She was very helpful snd extremely patient with my mother who has difficulty with decisions (when theres so many good choices of course.) We took quite some time, but Ray was awesome and kind the whole time! Always a return customer for the sweet service not just the delicious chocolate!...
