My daughter took an old phone to be fixed . They called to say it was ready. Got it home and had nothing but problems with it . Took it back. They then gave her a phone to use. They said they had to order more parts to fix her phone. Went back and again phone wasn't working properly. They said they would order more parts. They call to say again it's fixed. She goes to pick it up. Puts her sim in it to find out they ordered a Verizon phone ! We have T Mobile . They tell her to come back to tomorrow that they would have the phone unlocked. They said they couldn't lend her a phone as a customer picked it up, while she was at T mobile trying to get the phone to work. I told my daughter put the customer service Guy on the phone. He stated he couldn't have the phone unlocked because Verizon customer service was closed! I googled and in fact the website says 24/7! He said he would try to make contact with them. As I was in route to the store I spoke with 2 people at Verizon and should I have had the phone in front of me they could have unlocked it!!! I get to the store where I was lied to that they couldn't get in touch with Verizon while I called Verizon AGAIN and got them on the phone! I asked for the owner of the company and was told he was out of town. I said no can't reach him. Within minutes the owner is on the phone and minutes after hanging up he was there! I get the phone unlocked ! Because the people at the store stated they were so busy they couldn't ! There was one other customer there the entire time! I was there for over an HOUR! I told them If T mobile was unable to get it to work on their network I want a refund! It was over 200.00 to fix a phone that they couldn't and ordered a different one without telling anyone of us! In fact there is something wrong with the phone they ordered!!! I was lied to multiple times, treated in a nasty manor , disrespectful and down right rude! I don't recommend...
Read moreI broke the screen of LG G3 weeks ago. I thought I can try to fix it myself. So I purchased replacement screen and LOCA glue online. The results were horrifying and apparently I applied too much glue and spoiled the LCD. I have no choice but handed it over to the professional. The repair was quick, about an hour and I had my phone back.
However I discovered several problems occurred after the repair. First of all, pictures taken by the front and rear camera were blurry because of the glue. Also, the LG keyboard did not work properly as I have difficulties to press the letter 't' till letter 'o' (second roll of the keyboard). I have to press many times to get the letter and this was not convenient at all. Lastly I can feel the screen is not secure enough as I can hear the plastic popping sound when I type. So I brought it back to the store. The guy told me he cannot see any connection problems with the keyboard. If there's a 'dead spot', it'll stay there no matter what (seriously?!). I show him my difficulties of typing the letters. He insisted he sees no problem with the keyboard. I was absolutely unsatisfied and unhappy with the answer. This is not what I suppose to get from paying $200 repair fees and have a problematic LCD.
During the next visit, Cameron (I hope I spell his name correctly) said it might be an infectious LCD. He offered to replace a new LCD and cleaned the camera. The front camera can take pictures with no bokeh effects and now I can type with no problem. I am appreciate the attitude and service...
Read moreApproximately 2 weeks ago, I brought an iPhone 7 in to have a cracked screen fixed. Fix All replaced the screen for $105.00. Immediately after, no one was able to understand me when talking on the phone. People kept saying that the sound was very muffled. Brought the phone back in to Fix All. A differentTechnician worked on the microphone for quite a while. Said it was all fixed. I left the store. Within one hour, the home button wouldn't work. Brought the phone to an Apple store. They said, it was the screen that was put on that muffled my voice and also, Fix All did not have the software to fix the screen without messing up the home button. Went back to the FixAll store today. Talked to the first technician and explained the situation. For an ADDITIONAL FEE, he could fix the home button. He tried to fix the muffled sound, but couldn't. He called the manager of the store several times. Manager refused to refund any monies to me. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this store. Manager was yelling and said I signed an agreement stating that the phone was fixed. How could I know that people wouldn't be able to understand me and that the home button wouldn't work? I had to call my credit card company, and file a dispute. The manager/owner should have stood behind his repair. Again, my issue is NOT with the technician, but with the manager. He is a poor businessman. I would not recommend this store for any repairs of any kind on...
