Well, when I was in this establish,I was there to pick out a mothers day gift with my family for my mom . I had my 2 children with me . There was 5 employees working and 2 other customers in the store. No one greeted us the first time we went in so we left and went to zales, On the way out we decided to try again. We went back the same 5 employees working now one other customer in the store..A woman approached us about 5 minutes later and we went about our business. I purchased a ring . While my children were sitting in the seats by the watches with their father. The one person behind the counter then approached him when my husband stated to the woman that we were together before he could finish sentence the woman scuffed at him and huffed away. Like they were bothering her by sitting there. So then apparently my children who didnt bother the glass apparently offended her again because when her manager asked her to wipe down the display glass she rolled her eyes at the manager and was huffy at them again. Any person who has children and whom shops knows children get antsy it happens . But this woman made us feel absolutely unwelcomed and I dont plan on going back to this store. I’d like to specifically acknowledge store employee Tammy. She helped my husband and I five years ago pick out my dream engagement and wedding band set and a gorgeous diamond to bring it all together. I’ve loved seeing her smiling face all of these years when I take my rings for inspection. At my last inspection, we got to talking about how I have always wanted an additional band for the other side of my engagement ring. I confided in her that I was very meticulous about what I would want, which was an exact replica of my wedding band. My wedding and engagement rings were sold as a set and I was told by other Kay’s employees in different locations that it would be impossible to find. Well, Tammy made the impossible happen and now I have the 3rd piece to my set that I’ve been dreaming of! She had it shipped in for their jeweler event, sized, and wrapped so gorgeously. I went in looking for a wedding band to match my wife's engagement ring and have them soldered together. They were not very helpful finding a nice match. I found one I liked, and they said it would take two weeks to be soldered, which wasn't a problem, my annaversary was in just over two weeks. Well, my annaversary comes and goes and it's still not ready. They called me three weeks to the day later and said it was done, charged me more than they quoted me because they said the engagement ring needed bigger stems to hold the diamend in because they have to put a six month warranty on it. Then, six months and two weeks later, the solder broke from normal wear and I take it back and they say there's nothing they can do, I have to pay to get it resoldered. No thank you, from start to finish, a bad experience. Bad quality, decent customer service but nothing special, and they don't stand behind their product....
