Edit: Well I continued going here (that is on me) with only occasional issues despite the previous problems. However, last week I redeemed points and placed an order through the official BWW website for delivery. The order was wrong, specifically due to the store, as the label on the bag was the correct item but the contents were not at all correct. The store immediately admitted it was there mistake and refunded the cash I spent but could not refund my points. They called me the next day and said I needed to e-mail BWW to get the points. I e-mailed and then was told they could not refund the points I had to call the store. I called the store and was told they would call me back which they never did. I then filed a complaint on the website earlier this week and never heard back.
So my $40 worth of points was stolen from me and wasted a bunch of my time. I will be using any remaining points I have and then never going back here.
I have ordered weekly from Buffalo Wild Wings for years. I have had some issues, but normally nothing awful. The last 4 orders in a row I have placed have been screwed up. Three times half the order was missing and the 4th Doordash did not deliver the food. All times it was ordered directly from the Buffalo Wild Wings website. Three times it was likely BWW's fault and the other was Doordash (which is integrated into their website).
I have gotten partial reimbursements for the 3 orders and a full reimbursement for the completely undelivered order; however, those took over a week to process and I obviously did not get my food.
Food is fine, but delivery is currently completely unreliable and not worth it. I won't be ordering...

I just walked in there to pick up my to go order, there's one girl just sitting on the benches up front that I believe is supposed to be the host who just ignored me and was just staring in her cell phone for 5-10 minutes. Then I'm told my order isn't ready yet, which I get it happens.(despite purposely showing up 10 minutes after I was told it would be ready) I sit there and wait another 15 minutes only for the other girl to come out with 3 different bags of food at once. Was it a big order? No it was 3 separate small orders, apparently common sense, decency and bare minimum customer service is lacking there. If you are late to getting someone's food why would you spend the time bagging all 3 orders and bring them out at once making we wait even longer. There wasnt even anyone else there waiting for the 2 other orders. If you want takeout or delivery from here don't bother, spend your money elsewhere. Not to mention they leave the bags of food on a rack as far away from the kitchen as possible ensuring your food will get cold, start to go bad, or get stolen. Poorly managed, poorly run, and so many small little things could be done to fix this for the sake of everyone not just the customers but of course nobody there cares at all. It's a shame there use to be someone there in the evenings up to about a few months ago, haven't seen her since she really knew how to organize the front of the store/takeout/delivery. Place was fully staffed and little to no customers, and still have to wait just as long as if they were fully packed. 🤦♂️ Just lost a regular customer...

Go to ChikFilA right down the street for a much higher quality meal and a better price.

I generally dislike malls, but I have a young daughter that enjoys “shopping”. But I’ve never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings before and won’t return.
UPDATE: I am not looking to go back nor for corporate to double-down on the poor soul working by herself in the entire dining floor. You get what you pay for, and, my visit with my daughter will be my first and last. I don’t want a proverbial fruit basket or a coupon. Treat your employees with respect. I have never worked in a dining establishment, but can only imagine the stress that our server went through and it’s unfair. Staff your restaurant appropriately; so a wheelchair bound father and his daughter aren’t sitting around for almost an hour for chicken fingers, fries, lemonade and a coke. You were quicker to respond to my post than it took to get my check because one person was taking care of the whole restaurant. I took a star back, because clearly its profit and image over your front line employees. Meaningless in the end, but frankly it makes me feel better because I want ensure that the people that help me earn a fair wage.
