This GameStop used to be a great, organized, well managed place to get my games and pre-orders. All the games, merchandise and toys were all together; usually on one shelf. The staff used to help me immediately walking in, if they were not already helping another customer. I would leave the store happy, wanting to buy more, and coming back often.
Now? This store has fallen apart! First their staff has not helped me once in the past few months. They have trouble finding games and pre-orders. They say that I'm a "STALKER" for coming in so often to buy games and merchandise. They just stare at you constantly like I was going to steal something. Staff know nothing of games or future releases. The Staff will check you out and not hand you anything you bought, or place it in a bag, or miss items I purchased. Over all staff quality has gone down tremendously.
The Store itself is so disorganized, it is disgusting. Games are no longer in order. New games are never displayed on the shelves. Three month old game displays are out on shelves. Toys and merchandise are scatter like someone took it out of a box and put them down anywhere they wanted. There are Kirby, Zelda, Hello Kitty, Minecraft, etc on every single shelf in the store. Usually the same product on 2 or 3 different shelves.
I am a customer that is quick to forgive. I know people have their bad days. I understand people are busy and do not finish some work. However, this store has had many chances to fix their store, their staff and service. This is no longer my go-to store. I received my last pre-orders and now finished.

The store manager told me that cyberpunk did not come out for five years which this is wrong. This is the ultimate PS five version that recently came out long ago. He’s very rude very nasty. His customer service is horrible mind you did. He does not know. I am a stockholder. I will be holding a phone call on Monday. to show the stores very unprofessional not everybody. The shops in the store is a thief.
