I am not a fan of Starbucks coffee or drinks, no matter how many times I try them. I find them too acidity, too bitter or too sweet. I also find a lot of their young staff to be critical of how people order at their stores. However, a family member loves their drinks, so we stop often. I am not well-acquainted with their sizing, so each time I stop, I order a "medium" or a "large." Each time I am asked, "Do you mean a Grande?" I usually respond with, "I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with the Starbucks terms - whatever your medium is, that is what we'd like to order." I am then usually corrected on their drink sizes. I just want to order a drink and I do not like being treated like I am uneducated because I am far from uneducated. Perhaps I am unfamiliar with the Starbucks drink sizes, but a customer should never be belittled. They obviously understand what I am asking for, so it should be a nice, smooth transaction. They do not carry a huge variety of foods. They tend to be out of something (usually foods, not drinks) very often, which means a second stop somewhere else. Their stores are neat and clean and try to create a nice coffee cafe vibe. For those who like their drinks, and understand their drink sizing lingo, it is a nice...
Read moreI had a very positive 1st time here. I visit alot of Starbucks and I've seen the good and the not so good Fortunately a very enjoyable experience The young lady was oozing positivity. I asked for my sandwich to be prepared a certain way and she double checked and overall people like her need to be encouraged to keep showing that positive attitude. Nowadays it's in desperately short supply and the other young man was just as positive. She had a car in drive thru when I approached her and she apologized and said she would return momentarily and she did. Starbucks as a whole is a very busy franchise and people who come here typically have particular tastes but also be mindful as busy as they are they r under extreme pressure to cater to all our needs and when I see someone like this young lady display that welcomed attitude I'll always give feedback highlighting that. Too often only negative experiences are shared never positive and I'm all about fair play. If u experience positive or negative share equally because they both play a vital role in getting what u want and need Hopefully in the future since I'm a truck driver I'll be fortunate to visit this location again and hopefully her bosses give both employees an acknowledgment of a...
Read moreI like Starbucks, but this location has been an issue and I’d rather not go there anymore. I’ve had orders wrong on multiple occasions, and the treatment from some of the staff has been not pleasant. This past weekend I had placed a mobile order as my husband was driving. Since he wasn’t getting anything I thought it would be easier to just place my order through the app and he can just tell them my name to get it. When we got to the ordering speaker, the lady working had an attitude about receiving a mobile order just a minute or two before we pulled up and then proceeded to LIE TO US about a policy change demanding customers to place mobile orders 5-10 minutes before pick up. I looked it up, and there are some policy changes for mobile ordering but NOT on when the order can be placed. I don’t see what difference it makes if I placed my order right there over the speaker with her or if I went through the app. I do not appreciate the attitude of employees I have experienced at this location and I really do not appreciate...
