Excellent service and clean at the location on: NW 25 St and 96 Ave. by Nitza and Daily . They are both amazing, detail oriented and extremely professional. Can’t say the same with the manager in this location Betsy .She is the most rudest, and unprofessional. Bickering and arguing asking personal questions to clients out loud in front of all the customers. If you go there for the first time and do not like how the manager’s best friend Margarita does your nails? Don’t dare go with anyone else because she will embarrass you in front of everyone for having your rights as a customer to chose and receive service from whom ever you like by changing nail technician. Horrible experience in a time that should be comfortable and relaxing . This woman should not be managing a nail salon or work with the public. F21 Nails in Hialeah was a huge disappointment. The location is hard to find with no signs, and when I walked in, the salon was completely empty—just three employees inside and another one hiding outside in with her husband in the car.

I asked for acrylics, but was told only one girl could do them. Even though I arrived around 4:40PM, they said they needed to move a 5:30 PM client just to fit me in. After 20 minutes of back and forth with a manager over the phone and gossip about employees not wanting to work, they finally told me they couldn’t service me.

It made no sense—an empty salon with four employees and still no availability. Very unorganized, unprofessional, and a waste of time. Definitely won’t be back. Typical Hialeah behavior...
