Florist/Buyer Beware!
I AM NOT A COMPETITOR, BUT AN UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER.
After many conversations with the office manager, Grace, I ordered flowers for a destination wedding in Homestead Florida from FMI Farms. When I put my final order in, I was assured that all of the flowers and greens would be available. The color theme was white and blush. I also stressed that if the blush color was not available, to give me all whites. When I picked up my order, i was not allowed to check the contents until I reached my destination. When I opened the boxes, the spray roses and ranunculus were Hot Pink and were unusable. I ordered 20 bunches of silver dollar eucalyptus and only received 1 bunch and was substituted with cheaper greens, which i did not get reimbursed for. The Dusty Miller was dead and unusable and the white wax was not fresh, but i did use it.
I contacted FMI Farms several times and they refused to compensate me. I also emailed the owner, who never had the courtesy to return my email or call and who states in a rebuttal on YELP to another unhappy customer that they are ethical and focus on quality. This statement is incorrect, since they are not ethical and have poor quality control.
Even if my order was correct, I would still write warning review about the wholesale pick up area. It took me 45 min to navigate thru all of the semi trucks unloading flowers.

For valentineās Sent pictures and now they won't return phone calls or texts. The so call owner is so confused now accusing us of trying to steal flowers when I paid ahead. Wow š® And Iām not the only around this NC AREA OTHER FLORIST THAT HAVE HAD THIS EXPERIENCE WITH THIS FARM ALSO CHARGES US WITHOUT OUR APPROVAL FOR PRODUCT WE DINT ORDER. GAMBLE IF YOU WANT. BUT IT IS UP TO YOU. ALL WE WANT IS FRESH PRODUCT WE PAID FOR PERIOD. NOT DEAD FLOWERS. THIS IS PLAIN FRAUD.
This are facts. We have order in the past and 60-75% of the flowers we always molded or old. We have txt from sales woman karin and email of all the product we have ask for replacement yet they not always re ship replacements and we can good on and on and really unmasked this fraudulent so call farm yet we let our legal department handle it. How ever. 10 years are just a drop on a bucket in the floral industry as you claim. We been in this wonderful industry for over 40yrs. Robbing hard working folks like us. Will come back to...

I was completely DISAPPOINTED with the outcome of the flowers that I received. I had bought them for my birthday party, and I placed a special ordered, of orange roses and blue hydrangeas THREE WEEKS PRIOR to the party. When I came home and opened the boxes of flowers, my āorangeā roses were RED. Grace Perdomo, the manager, told me to wait 2-3 days for the flowers to bloom and then they would turn orange. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN, I was completely disappointed and 12 of my blue hydrangeas came DEAD already and the rest died the day off the party three days later.
