I visited this boutique with genuine excitement to support a small, curated space. I bought two pieces that seemed lovely in-store but didn’t feel right once I tried them on again at home.

Before purchasing, I specifically asked about refunds and was told yes. When I returned the next day, I was met with attitude and was told “It’s not my brand, babe,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially when the prices reflect a luxury experience.

Even worse: The digital receipt says nothing about a no-refund policy. I was handed a business card with the amount scribbled on it as “store credit” no official documentation, no terms. This is not acceptable business practice, especially for a boutique selling $100+ pieces.

I’ve filed a dispute with my bank and I’m sharing this review to protect other customers from a similar experience. If you’re going to sell high-end fashion, the service should reflect the same level of care, integrity, and transparency. Until then, shop...
