This is not a publix wheat flour hyperprocessed chlorinated white pasta served on olive garden generic fast food place ..! Hell not ! This is local, hand made pasta, made in front of your eyes , 1930 style, served with delicious sauces and the owner on top of you checking your comments. A little hidden gem in the middle of Miami. Not fancy or complex neither expensive. You should try this . I am not associated with this business neither the owner. I just love everything about this hidden gem. Super friendly! My two sons usually share a meal but ordered second plates of spaghetti and ragu. I had salmon ravioli with pesto and it was delicious. Then yhere were the homemade canoli for desert included with the meal.

We bought a lasagna to eat on mothers day and it was out of this world! So delicious! We also bought some fresh pasta to cook at home and it was amazing. I loved this place! Im never buying boxed pasta again! The jar fresh pesto was so good too.

I found this place when I was in the exchange store in the same plaza, best thing ever !!! I bought lasagna for mother’s day and tortellinis. Went back yesterday I had lunch there, $18 for gorgonzola and pear tortellinis, drink and Nutella canolis !!!! A little gem with homemade pasta and the best customer service.
