On 7/20/20 (2:45-3:15ish), I waited in the checkout line to purchase an arm full of shirts that I was so excited about. The customer in front of me had questions about a discount. As she discussed the issue with the cashier I continued to wait patiently. After a while of them going back and forth, I decided to walk around and browse the area as I continued to wait. Upon going back to wait, I realize that the customer was an off duty employee because she went around the desk to help figure out why her discount wasn't working. There were 2 cashiers and no one said a word as I continued to wait. Finally, I went to the another dept. within the store and was greeted with kindness and respect. The wait was horrible, but I was more hurt that I was ignored and not acknowledged as a valued customer. I wish I had gotten there names to post in this review because they need to know that...
