Del-Mar Appliance — Attraction in Dover

I LOVE Del-Mar Appliance!!! They have pulled me out a jam several times. They serviced a warranty repair on a dryer a purchased at another store many many years ago and after their help with that I was a customer for life! During the pandemic when my other washer died and people were having a hard time getting appliances, they were able to get me the Speed Queen I wanted with no problem. I bought the matching dryer there and after 3 & 1/2 years of constant use it needed a new element (fluke lint issue covered under warranty) and they were here the next day!! The repair man was super helpful and answered all of our questions. I cannot say enough nice things about this business!! I highly recommend them and will continue to give them my business...

Had Delmar come look at my stove, part took 2 weeks to come in then it was repaired, then 2 weeks later it started beeping when it reached a certain temp. Then my spouse called about our front burner the receptionist said oh you need a switch, then that took another 2 weeks, then when they came to fix it, they realized it was tge wrong part. Then the correct part took another 2 weeks. Then the part was replaced then it still wasnt working, so then the technician stated oh you need a plate/board, by this time over $500 spent and the only thing that is working is the smooth surface. Made a call to DE Super Tech came out told us what we needed and fixed it after a non working burner and oven...

Very unprofessional. Very disappointed. $130 for the tech to come and diagnose the problem with our oven. All he did was take the model number and error code and promised to call Jenn Air and get back to me by the end of the day. No call back. Left two messages to the tech over two days and no call back. I called the store after doing my own research and was told if the tech had stayed an additional hour to perform the diagnostic test I read about, we would have been charged an additional $130. If we need to replace our double oven, the $130 will not be applied against the cost. We literally received...
