I just came here for the first time and had an amazing experience! My halo setting was missing a diamond, and I needed to have it repaired. I reached out to them via email and received a a prompt and courteous email and phone call response the same day. Brought it the ring, and they can fix it in a timely manner, and for a very reasonable price as well. I plan on bringing in a couple of other pieces to get repaired. Everything in the store is absolutely stunning, after dropping off my ring I couldn't help but check out a couple of other pieces. I took home a beautiful amber ring, and I am very interesting in getting a custom wedding band from them as well. I swear I feel like I could've asked to try on every ring in store, and they would've done it. They made me feel very comfortable, not rushed, allowed me to try on and sit with any ring I asked for a few minutes. Their stone selection was incredible.
