TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I spoke with the manager, Massiel Ullsmith, in August about a reservation for a bachlorette party that I was hosting November 9th for 15 people, we were all very excited and the bride to be loved the idea.

I recieved an email conformation stating "I went ahead and set up a group reservation for you and 15 guests in our workshop on Sturday, November 9th from 11-2" I spoke with her to confirm the reservation a few weeks after and I thought everything was perfect.

Fast forward to the day of: I walk in with 15 guests and the bride to be and the workers have NO IDEA that we were coming, I showed them the conformation e-mail and they were trying to get a hold of Massiel to figure it out....

We waited for 45 minutes for the manager, who messed this entire thing up, to get back to them. She had no resolution and now we were going to run into an issue with time because we had other things planned for the rest of the day.

The staff was super sweet and apologized for their incompetent manager and said I should be hearing back from her directly, well it's been over a week AND SHE HASN'T EVEN SET ME AND EMAIL TO APOLOGIZE. This was a terrible experience and they lost out on over 2k worth of money we would have spend and the studio wasn't even full on a Saturday!

Save your money and go elsewhere, this business...

Extremely unsatisfied with experience. There was a severe miscommunication between the manager, the employees, and my party, which happens, but how it was handled is what made the experience bad.

There were many attempts made by the staff to accommodate us which we were immensely grateful for but the manager was insufficient in her communication with her staff. The staff had to keep calling the manager to ask questions and there were delays in her responses. It was made worse by the fact that the manager wasn’t even on the premises at all. I’m not sure if that’s common practice at the business but it’s not every other establishment I’ve been to. I wish the manager was on site to be able to deal with the situation. I think that would have made it better.

Fun class! Cool to do something different. You really get to build and make your project yourself and your own. Your piece is as unique as you. But don’t worry the kind staff guide you through each step with care, fun, and encouragement. Depending on your budget it leans a little on the expensive side so the cost could be inaccessible. But if you can swing it, it is totally worth it! For that amount of time alone, plus the unique experience and to have an amazing handmade thing at the end - it is so worth it. I wish I could go again and again to make more! Be sure to get a punch card if they are still doing that when you go because it’s such a great experience. I highly recommend...
