Another Round Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Downers Grove

This is a great place to go in Downers Grove. They have a good beer selection but sometimes only buy smaller quantities and the good stuff is gone like the wind. They have a nice sized menu and their pizza is tasty. Burgers are good there too. One complaint that I would have is that there are a few regulars that save seats like they are still in grade school. Insert scene of Forest Gump "seat's taken"... They can also be a bit noisy which it is a bar so that isn't all that bad. Well, Bar/Family restaurant.... At times you will see little kids running around. You will definitely see the same middle aged men drinking there pretty much everyday of the week so hope you fit in because your only reprieve will be if the rest of the restaurant is open. The restaurant has 4.3 stars I can see that if you were a white colored person. From the start service took a very long time server named “Arayanna” smacked her lips and dropped our food off very disrespectfully no idea what her issue was visiting from out of town will NEVER come back here again.

After speaking with Aryanna about why we are behind treated differently from everyone else there who was getting what they asked for in under 5 min I asked for a box to go. 25 MIN go by and we ever got a box to go. This establishment and the management behind them is a completely joke as someone who is industry with 2 restaurants I can’t seem to understand how you have someone like that working for your business. Pizza was good. Loaded tater tots appetizer was very good. Under staffed but we were in no hurry so time didn't matter. Good selection of craft beers, especially like the smaller sizes for tasting without feeling like you have to go all in on an experiment with a new beer. Crowded most times, bathrooms need updating badly. Went for Blackhawks game since this is designated Official Rewards Bar. Was very disappointed with their handling of this game- not good at all. 3 screens of 12 in our area for game. CFB playoff games were more important to them. No satisfaction from manager when we asked about the situation.
