If you're new to Lane Bryant make sure you set up your own account online. If they offered to make you an account, don't believe them. Don't let them waist your time as of they're doing something for you on their screen when they're really not. I been a customer for quite some years already and I just found out today that all the purchases I've made, I've never received points for. It's really disappointed special when you know your purchases are from $150 to close to $400. The Customer Service is poor. At some locations the San Diego and Ventura location I can't complain about. As this location out of the 4-5 girls that are working only 2 will care about you finding what you're looking for but you have to ask for help. I wish I could remember their names to give the credit on this comment but I know for sure it wasn't the supervisor. The checkout is horrible you can stand there for 10-20 minutes with a person in the registered and they won't even acknowledge you. Apparently I had been wearing the wrong size for years, based on someone else that had measured me incorrectly. However we do sometimes change in weight over time also. So it's good to get remeasured from time to time. Especially when we know we have gone up or down in weight. They lag it when it comes to returns specially with no tags but with receipt,They think they own the store lol. Never again! Karen store manager did the run around on some items i wanted to return i was still under store policy. Im very disappointed because the shoes hurt my feet very bad. They left redness on my feet.! I called corporate they took care of it. And going to call and talk to her about it. They also created a feed back case. She lied about the store policy return.
