Play Play Zone — Attraction in Downey

I used this vendor for my daughter’s 1st birthday party last year and LOVED the soft play setup. Everything was exactly what I asked for and I LOVED that they offered neutral colors. So many other vendors I considered only offered bright or “traditional” colors, which didn’t match my theme. The setup was gorgeous and my baby was SO happy playing with all the age appropriate toys, tunnels, etc. There was a hiccup with the pickup after the party and the vendor was late, which was not ideal; but, they were very apologetic and overall it was not a big issue. I re-booked this vendor for my daughter’s second birthday and I’m definitely loyal forever now! The theme was much more complex and they NAILED it. The ballon and decal installments were absolutely STUNNING, the bounce house was very sturdy and high quality, the ball pit and slides were a HUGE hit with kids ranging from 1-5! It’s so hard to entertain kids of different ages but this rental made it easy. The vendor worked with me on the mock-ups until I was completely satisfied, which took a few rounds bc I didn’t know exactly how I wanted to approach my theme until I saw it. As far as pickup went this time, the vendor showed up early to make sure I didn’t wait even one minute past the end of the party. Everyone I’ve encountered is very friendly and professional. Another cherry on top for me (especially as an attorney) is that the vendor maintains insurance and can add the park as an additional insured and provide a COI. This added an extra layer of comfort for everyone involved, especially me. I was VERY happy with this vendor’s performance, I wouldn’t have changed anything this year. I told myself I wouldn’t have a birthday party every year; but, I’m sure you’ll be hearing from me next June, haha! Thanks to everyone that helped make my baby’s 2nd birthday perfect! Stephanie and her team were excellent to work with! Stephanie designed a London bridge banner to go over my daughters slide for her birthday that was London England themed. She even added special decal to the ball pit which made it perfect. When we had unexpected weather their team went and picked up tarps to cover the play area overnight because of the unexpected weather. Party planning can be very stressful but Stephanie and her team ensured I had no added stress and handled everything beautifully. Play play zone did a fantastic job of my daughter’s birthday party. The play gym/bounce house and ball pit combo was very well kept and sanitized. The design and colors used were just beautiful.

Most importantly, the kids all LOVED it. They had 2 hours of non-stop fun. The kids were 2-11 years old and all of them thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend play play zone for your party.
