My 17 year old daughter Did not get the hair color she requested. We asked for light blonde Balayage via ig dm and in salĂłn (with a picture) We left salon with ash (very ash hair) with ugly silver streaks. The roots looked like a touch up was needed. If you picked up her hair in a poiny tail it looked grown out ombre. We immediately complained and the "colorist" upset at us challenged us and said we asked for that ash (never happened). I said we definitely did not ever say ash blonde and we would like to fix it. She toned it (with a bad attitude) the hair was still the same after that. We were tired so we paid and said we'd call back to discuss a solution. I called a couple of days later hoping the color would change and again with attitude she claimed she gave us what we asked for(not so) we went back and forth and finally she said wait a few weeks for color to come in and if you're not satisfied they would tone it again. But they would not do anything else to fix it. The color changed a little but the ash and silver was still there. The roots looked ugly. We decided not to bother going back because they are not looking to help us. They don't care because they do get good business. One customer lost is nothing to them. We found a wonderful colorist in cypress who fixed the problem Evolution SalĂłn did not. Unfortunately we did spend more money but we are happy with the results. My poor daughter waisted her hard earned money and at in a chair with out a restroom break for 14 hours. INCONSIDERATE!!

   Read moreI was trying to get an appointment for hair cut and I sent them a message on messanger and I got the automatic response telling me that I have to text the phone number included in this message. So I texted requesting an appointment but got no response on the next day I repeated it during their work hours no response still . I sent another messenger message and got the automatic reply again then I had tell them that I already texted the phone number twice with no response then finally someone replied with most awful response in a very rude way and told me to find another hair salon .. As a customer that was extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing to experience, to be turned away like that .. I already found a better salon and I got best customer sevice experience that you guys never...
   Read moreI have been coming to this salon for the last 4 years and it's been the longest I'd ever stay for that long. The place is clean and the atmosphere is enjoyable ( girl talk). I first came to this place with bleached broken hair and Ana helped me getting it back to healthy, cutting my hair every 2-3 months and my hair was right above my shoulders. Now my hair is healthy (still blonde) and long (to the WAIST!!), getting cut twice a year đ. Not long ago I had my hair dark brown and she dyed my hair blonde in ombrĂ© style.....IN LOVE with my hair and healthy. This was an 8 hour process with cut and blow dry.
