Honestly at first I didn't know what to make of the tour. A very energetic man burst into the room where 20 plus of us were gathered. Trying to get us to cheer " we love chocolate" seemed a bit hokey. Certainly he couldn't keep this level of energy up. He told a few jokes, got a couple laughs.. I have 3 kids. This gentleman started interacting with them and a cartoon that tells the story behind 'The Chocolate Kindom'. In a weird way. It worked. Our kids loved it. I started liking it. The tour of the chocolate making equipment covering the process from bean to sweet chocolate cream interacted very well with the story and cartoon. This mans energy never subsided. The kids excitment matched. What happened?! Chocolate happened! This tour was very informative and entertaining! Tough to do and compete and stay competitive in Orlando. This is a little chocolate factory that can! The tastings offered throughout covered bean to all three chocolate types. I know what white chocolate is... or isn't now! I would highly recommend getting the 'Make your own Chocolate Bar that is offered. This is organic, high quality chocolate comparable to the best names out of Switzerland. You will not be disappointed!!! Excellent tour guide! As a chocolate company they have made some quality chocolate dresses for fundraisers in the past that were on display. Gorgeous! Obvious skill within the organization. Now compared to the actual Chocolate Kindom at the end of the tour,,, not so much obvious skill seen. The Kindom desperately needs some of that skillful loving given the dresses. We know you can do it!!! Quiet side note, there was a bug floating down the chocolate river while we were there. Didn't mind tho, I was mostly jealous of that bug. I would have drank myself into a chocolate coma...
Read moreHighly Recommend making time for this!!!! Our visit to Chocolate Kingdom was a super fun time, and we left with a really cool custom chocolate bar! Located in the heart of the I-Drive District, this is a place you can take everyone and anyone; great for families, great for dates, great for staycation adventures!! They have real cocoa trees to check out while you wait for your adventure to begin, not something we often see here in Florida. Our tour guide was fantastic and he kept it upbeat and interesting. There is a really cute video with original characters who help tell the story of chocolate, all while having their own story going on. The tour begins with the origination of cocoa bean processing back in ancient times and brings it full circle to today's world of chocolate. And spoiler alert, you will get the chance to taste a few things along the way! The tour packs so much information in a short time, but it's so easily digestible (no pun intended) and interesting that it is doesn't even feel educational .... but you will learn so much. The final stop on the tour is where you can get a custom chocolate bar made - how super cool!! I chose white chocolate, now hold your opinions here because at Chocolate Kingdom it's REAL white chocolate, meaning it has the correct percentage of cocoa in it to be considered REAL chocolate, and boy was it delicious!!! I added in pretzels, peanuts and Rice Krispies and had my name written on it! When the tour is over you exit back into the lobby where they have a great selection of chocolate treats (dark, milk and white) for you to take home! In addition to the chocolate, they have a few other items, my favorite were the super cute aprons!! Overall this was a great experience for a reasonable price and who doesn't love...
Read moreAnna_F, Aug 2025 The tour of the chocolate kingdom was a great pit stop on our Orlando Vacation. We really enjoyed the informative presentation, the samples and the chocolate displays. Everything was thoughtfully tied together for the flow of the tour including the Prince and the Dragon. We had a 13 year old in our group and she really enjoyed the tour as well. Some of the highlights for our group were being able to leave with a personalized candy bar with our chosen ingredients. The bars were packaged beautifully and the delivery of the bars...Wow!! I like that you could add your name and choose two chocolate flavors versus one for a small fee. I decided to do both for my bar. We did purchase other chocolates while we waited for our chocolate bars being made. Of course with a teen in our group we had to try the tik tik crazed Dubai chocolate. We were pleasantly surprised they had it. Two of the three people in my group tried the dubai chocolate. They said it was very good. Cheryl was our guide and she was passionate about chocolate. We enjoyed her energy and how she paced the tour. We truly learned so much about chocolate. Thank you Chocolate Kingdom for this opportunity. We enjoyed supporting a Mom and Pop chocolate shop of 3rd generation chocolateers. Lastly, the chocolate is really good. We got the flavor of the month potato chip as an added ingredient. The sweet and salty combo was good. We also got chocolate covered strawberries that were made fresh in milk chocolate and white chocolate. The white chocolate was hands down the best I...
