I really enjoyed my stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Orlando Convention Center. While it was not directly on International Drive, the OCCC was still within walking distance taking the bridge on W Entrance Dr going over the FL-528 toll road highway.
I booked a 2 Queen Bed suite and the price was definitely very affordable and competitive. The room was excellent and very clean. The housekeeping staff at this hotel really displayed their GREAT service with the towel swans and chocolate mints they made with our beds everyday.
The hotel lobby was very nice and cozy, has a business center for internet use and complimentary printing. There is a small coffee station to the side. As far as amenities, there is a nice small 24 hour gym with dumbbell free weights, yoga mats and balls, and some cardio machines. There was also an outdoor pool and kiddie pool.
For breakfast, they offered a variety of dishes and I've shared pics of their menu. If you are Platinum Elite or higher with Marriott Bonvoy and ask for the free breakfast vouchers for 2 benefit at check-in, you will have enough to cover the cost of their continental breakfast which is $11.95. You can also use it on higher priced dishes but pay for the difference. The food offerings are actually pretty good. The Four Points Classic Breakfast was my favorite.
Breakfast could use a 3rd attendant on weekends. It was clear that 2 people might not be enough to help all the customers in a timely manner. Some people got served before those who were seated earlier.
The staff here (most of them) definitely deliver on the high expectations of hospitality that you would expect within the Marriott Bonvoy family. Here are some staff shoutouts:
Front Desk Check-in: Carile "Carly" Romero
So sweet and polite. I had a wonderful interaction with Miss Carile the evening I checked in. As a Front Desk manager, she is also very knowledgeable about the Marriott Bonvoy rewards program and was able to give me the free breakfast for 2 vouchers I requested as my welcome gift and approved my 4pm late checkout request.
Another Front Desk employee (didn't get her name):
I went to the front desk to ask for a current hotel bill printout. She granted my request, but looked a bit cold and standoff-ish like she didn't want me to be there, probably because I interrupted her conversation with the security guard early in the morning around 7:30am, or she just didn't like the "Red Hat" I wore (and you can guess which one).
Breakfast servers/attendants:
Hannah: Very bubbly and infectiously happy personality. Has a GREAT memory and her sweet attitude always brightened our mornings!
Preston: Polite, proactive, does a great job of attending to guests on weekends when breakfast is crowded.
Adel: A bit stiff and cold personality-wise. We ordered the continental breakfast one morning and were told by another server that they had chocolate eclairs, so we excitedly chose that. Adel came out with our order but with chocolate muffins instead. When we asked about the discrepancy, he told us in a rude tone that they only had chocolate muffins and didn't bother to apologize that they didn't have the eclairs that were told by someone else. On that same morning, I could hear him arguing with his boss in the kitchen and raising his voice loud enough that you could hear his confrontation in the dining area. It was a bit unprofessional. On other mornings, he was nicer/polite, but he definitely needs to work on his attitude with the other staff and with guests.
Jen: Very polite and kind. I really appreciated how proactive Jen was with taking our orders as well as giving my party our bill when we were near finishing our meals. She was the only one who did this and I really appreciated her attention to detail with being mindful our our time so we could get our day started.
Overall, the Four Points by Sheraton Orlando Convention Center is certainly a Marriott property I will consider staying at in the future should I stay in the I-Drive area again and want a high value, yet...
Read moreI would give this hotel no stars if it let me. First off I am a Gold Elite member and was traveling for business. I went to check in around 6pm after driving and stopping in account all way up the coast. As soon as I walk in I receive no welcome and in an inappropriate tone was asked to step on circle on the floor “social distance”. When it was my turn I asked a few questions about the deposit and whether that would reflect as an immediate charge on company card. The young man “Jordan” was responding to me rudely and with an attitude. I went to insert my card in the chip machine and he again gave me attitude because I placed it in the chip and did not swipe. At this point I felt nothing but uncomfortable and disrespected. At no point was he helpful or welcoming so I wanted to bring to his awareness that he was not treating me “guest” properly. He got upset and immediately said he was going to cancel my reservation. I was absolutely shocked. I said cancel on what grounds? He said he has the right to and just like that clicked on the computer. I told him I have been traveling and on a work trip and that what he was doing was completely out of line. I ask to speak with his supervisor for which he proceeded to ignore me so I asked again and he said he was the only one there. I stood there and told him that I wanted the number or the someone else available in a higher position to inform them of what was going on. He was unwilling to cooperate. He immediately said to me the he was going to call the police. At this point I was beyond shocked. I travel on business 1 1/2 week out of the month and I have never ever not even remotely have come across this type of treatment in a Marriottt owned hotel. I walked back inside to ask for a confirmation email or something that indicated the hotel room was cancelled. He said he couldn’t provide me with that. Meanwhile a lady walks in and he goes straight up to her. I asked her if she was his manager. At this point I am informing her of the situation and how rude he was from the moment I stepped into the lobby. He then changed his demeanor in front of her which had upset me. So Pointed it out to him that just minutes ago he was nothing but rude. And all I wanted at this point was a confirmation of cancel and to make sure the company card wasn’t charged. She was quiet and allowed this young man to argue with me rather than to have him go to the back room until I was finished collecting what I had asked for. She did not apologize on his behalf and did not nothing to rectify the situation in any way possible being that I am on business exhausted and a Gold Elite member as well.
I went outside to call the corporate office. And two men were outside telling me that they just had a horrible experience with the young man as well. And that this hotel was ridiculous.
All together it took me around an hour talking to corporate to file a complaint.
I am typically one to just let things go but this was something I believe needed to be addressed by corporate.
I do not recommend staying in this hotel at all. And quite honestly I will never stay in a Four Points ever again. They lost me as a potential long...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Points by Sheraton at the Orange County Convention Center while attending the 2024 Florida Restaurant Show, and I can confidently say that this hotel exceeded every expectation I had. I initially had some reservations based on previous online reviews, but upon arrival, it became clear that this hotel has undergone a complete transformation. With a brand-new team and an inspiring commitment to excellence, they are clearly aiming to become the premier choice for accommodations in the Disney and convention center area.
From the moment I checked in, every interaction with the staff was absolutely stellar. Shala (Sheila) the front of the house manager deserves special recognition for creating such a warm and welcoming environment. It’s clear that she is passionate about making every guest feel valued, and that dedication radiates through each department. Her leadership sets the tone for an exceptional guest experience, and it truly made a difference in my stay.
Sylvia, the Housekeeping Manager and her Housekeeping Staff deserve enormous credit for maintaining immaculate standards throughout the property. Every corner of the hotel, from my room to the common areas, was spotless and inviting. The attention to detail was impeccable, and I felt genuinely cared for by the team. They were not only thorough in their work but also incredibly courteous, always ready with a smile and greeting whenever I passed by.
I also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel restaurant, and I have to commend the Restaurant Staff for their outstanding service and attention to detail. The meals were not only delicious but beautifully presented, with a focus on quality that made each meal a pleasure. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Hannah made dining at the hotel a memorable experience in its own right!
The Front Desk Staff were the epitome of professionalism and hospitality. From check-in to check-out, they were consistently helpful, friendly, and efficient, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and handling every inquiry with grace. They made me feel like a VIP throughout my stay, which is no small feat at such a busy location.
Overall, my experience at the Four Points by Sheraton was nothing short of phenomenal. This hotel has reinvented itself with a remarkable team, each member fully dedicated to providing the best guest experience possible. If you’re considering a stay in the Orlando area, I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
