Twice my husband and I made the mistake of driving over an hour to get his diabetic shoes from this company. They only offer one type of shoe that is supposed to be waterproof slip proof and good for a chef. The first time we ordered with them with the shoe it started to fall apart. We were told it may have been a manufacturer's defect. We then made the big mistake of going back to them this past January and getting the same shoe because again, they only offered the one shoe for diabetics that is waterproof and slip proof. However, the shoe is garbage the rubber is falling apart it is just not a good shoe it's actually worse than the first time we ordered them. So I called them to speak to them regarding the shoe and sent them pictures. At first they were all apologetic saying that they would contact the manufacturer of the company that makes the shoe and that if the manufacturer would replace it then they would send us another shoe. However, if the company refused to replace the shoe then there would be nothing they could do but have us pay for a new shoe. To this, I said why would we purchase the same shoe again for a third time when it fell apart even worse this time than it did the first time. I also proceeded to ask why they don't offer another shoe when this is clearly a problem with this shoe holding up. That's when the owner of the shop grab the phone and proceeded to tell me after I was already told that the insurance company paid for the shoes and there was no copay both times. Now she says well you have a balance and we didn't charge you because you were a return customer but if you want to pay the balance then we can go ahead and sell you another pair of shoes. To this, I hung up the phone. I have no time for scams I have no time for people that do such bad business. They definitely do not stand behind their products nor care about the quality that they are giving their patients. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone. We have wasted over an hour drive every time there and then over an hour drive back twice just to have the shoes destroyed in 6 to 7 months. I've had shoes that I have bought my husband from Walmart that have lasted longer than that in the kitchen. These shoes are super heavy so it's like walking around and heavy boots yet they are made very cheaply as if they are just glued together. Very sad that this is how they treat a return customer. First experience it was bad, but we came back and gave them a second chance and the same thing happened only worse I will enclose the pictures so you can see for yourself how bad these shoes...

The worst experience ever with these people. I wouldn't suggest any Black person use them. They were very condescending, unprofessional, and exhibited racial overtones. Who doesn't tell a customer everything they need to bring with them for an orthodict fitting. I asked two days before my appointment if there was any additional paper work needed. I was told no. The lady who was to fit me for the orthodicts attitude was abysmal. She became angry and told me l could leave because l questioned why wasn't l told to bring additional paperwork. Though she claimed to be a professional she couldn't answer my question and yelled at me. This company deserved a zero rating. Stay far...
