I used the pet wash in Dunnellon Florida. When you walk on the whole floor was wet from door to the back wall. There are two wash stations both of which are still covered in the long dog hair from pervious customers. Both dryers there are dog hair stuck all over the wall, I personally took 20 minutes to unclog one of the wash bins and clean it for my dog to use. The other was a lost cause. I left the grates up to maybe show the employees it needed to be looked at. There was a pile of dog hair that was swept into the corner. No trash can. No sanitizer for cleaning the station after you bathe your dog. Towels from pervious customers were left all over the place. No wet floor signs. I usually go to the one in north Ocala but theirs was broken this time. I’ve peaked into the one in Dunnellon a month before using it and it looked pretty rough then but I desperately needed to give her a bath. There is a piece of paper with cleaning Instructions for the employees posted by the door but it was very clear when I went in that they are not doing that!!! I cleaned the pile of dog hair from the corner, used the push broom to push water to the drains. Took some of the left over towels and put them on the floor to dry it up some. I think someone needs to talk to these people and go check in on the pet wash from time to time. It’s very easy to spread canine disease and illness. The way this place was looking is headed in that direction. There’s plenty of reviews relative to mine and it’s obvious something is wrong. Pictures after from when I was finished and leaving. It looked worse when...
Read moreThe PetVet at this location is a joke. Tractor Supply employees have no idea what’s going on. The PetVet office in the garden center is empty and filthy. We were there 35 minutes before they opened, trying to find out where to wait, if someone was even coming, because there was no signage at all. We registered on the website and got a text message, but still no info on where to wait. Then some vet assistant tells us to stand on the “back wall” and wait. By the time we discovered where the actual line was, because the line was on the SIDE wall and NOT the back wall, there were four people in line. The assistant says “that pre-registration is just to tell us how many people are coming. And you have to get in the back of the line. “ We will never use this tractor supply location for anything ever again. This was a crap experience. we showed up early because we have invalid parents at home and couldn’t wait for hours. Plus this PETvet vet never actually answers the phone or emails, because we were trying to get our pet meds transferred to a different pharmacy....
Read moreStopped in to check out dog wash facilities. Open the door and was hit in the face with a extremely strong urine smell. It burned my eyes even. They have two bathing sinks with ramps, which is nice unless you have large breed dogs looks a little tight. The cleanliness of the entire area was atrocious. I didn’t expect it to be spotless by any means. I expected to have to come in and bleach everything down at least but the amount of hair and urine smell in there. I couldn’t even stay in there for more than a minute let alone bring my dogs into this filth. Tractor supply needs to have regular cleanings just like a bathroom per every shift and to have them signed off and checked just like every other establishment that has a restroom. I plan on going back to see if this was just a bad day and if it is the same, I will update this review with photos and video. Definitely not worth $10 if they cleanliness is...
