The Spa at Choctaw — Attraction in Durant

One of the best and most helpful spa locations I have ever been to. This location employs great staff and they are very friendly. The massage and other services offered here are top notch and the massages tend to be very well targeted for areas that are sore better than any location I've ever been to. This location is accessible friendly and accessible overall. It is easily accessed and visible in the casino. Normally I would comment on parking etc but that is moot due to this being internal in the casino. Bathrooms are readily accessible both in the location and in the casino. Cleanliness inside of the spa was great and it was very well stocked. Quality of the massage and any services you receive here is outstanding. You cannot go wrong coming here for some relaxation and great massages that take care of muscles and joints that are in pain. The staff is great and I have yet to have any real issues. Sometimes the front desk staff can be a little short but given the people they deal with and the fact that usually they're overworked this can be understood. I think overall what makes this place special is the quality of services and how well the massages are done here. My girlfriend and I were excited to come to Choctaw in Durant and relax for a few days. We had our first couples massage yesterday and the experience was not the most relaxing.

We were under the impression that the “pool” photo you see online was a co-ed hot tub. It was not. It’s a room temp swimming pool where the humidity is cranked up to help relax. The women’s hot tub was fully operational but the mens was not.

The couples massage package we got was $270.00. My massage therapist was great, my girlfriends was not, we could tell he was new and not as experienced as most. After the massage when we went to checkout, we were unaware that there would be an additional service charge of nearly $60.00 dollars on top of the $270.00. This isn’t even including tips.

So, I was thinking back to my experience here a couple months ago and realized I hadn’t reviewed my time here! I’ve been to the spa at Choctaw twice and I honestly have enjoyed it very much. Last time I got my nails done with Sharon I believe and she did a fantastic job! I came in with shellac polish and it was a bit hard for them to get it off because they use more natural products but Sharon managed it and my pedicure turned out wonderful. I also got a massage from Roxy, and she was amazing! You’ll fall asleep from how heavenly her massage is. And I believe I got my hair cut with Sandra maybe Sandy.... it’s been a bit so can’t quite remember. My hair cut came out so lovely and I was so happy!
