Parking lot is full of pot holes big enough to park a car in. Don't pull in too quickly, someone might pop a tire with these craters in the parking lot. At 10:30pm no one is available to clean showers but there were 5 so called employees working the counter. Hot food counter was empty and no one seemed to care. The 5 employees seemed to just want to lock the doors so they could all go home. The customer service industry is going down hill quickly and then they wonder why customers have attitudes with them.
