Bamboo Noodle Bar — Restaurant in Durant

Today I'm arrive at 11:20 line was big but I like service and love pho deluxe I wait 45 minutes until can take my order first employee cashier never give ke my receipt and he give me my number I wait another 30 minutes and never call for my number I'm going to ask lady employee whats going on with my food he say I not have your number completely rude rude I hear she say 703 and I see the plates looks like my food and I comment to her maybe the numbers mixed because look like my food she answer screaming it's not your food so rude unprofessional after the 703 say its not my food disgusted I wait another 10 minutes the manager say this its my food completely different what I order I say no ma'm let me explain again what I order she make me bad face mad and after 20 minutes she say okay this its your order same plates I say its my order unsatisfied she want give me cold food she almost threw to me and I told her I want ny food warm she comment to other lady food its food cold or hot I'm so disgusted I'm traveling 2 hours to receive bad and unprofessional service if not like work stay at home the costumers it's the key for your business I pay 62 dollars to receive at 1 am bad service bad workers after almost 2...

We ask to speak with the manager because after we order 2 soups we waited 25 min When ALEX she comes out she not once even apologized for the wait but yet she almost argue with me about my complain That’s because she do not wanna listen to anything about saying to her. We had dinner here on Friday night after exhausting games at Choctaw and also recommended by one of friend but we were not so impressed by their fried rice. We have veggie fried rice with spicy choice, it tastes lacks flavours and it just vegetables stir fried with rice. One thing what i liked about this restaurant, their service. Team member at register was really patient and happily took our order though we confused her so many times.
