The manager and her subordinates are incompetent of working at a burger stand. The waitresses were rude and inattentive to the customers. I ordered a single w/cheese and they didn’t have the effort to even do the basics of dressing the burger with vegetables. After inquiring about said vegetables they provided me with onion and lettuce while wearing a shirt that stated the vegetables that should come on my sandwich. Obviously they are illiterate because the S.O.P. is on their co-workers work attire. My wife needed a napkin after the beverage machine sprayed her. The two waitresses laughed and acted like they were being productive. The manager disappeared after the vegetable debacle of 2021. I'm sure her corporate management customer relations training provided her with the skill set to handle such a issue of this magnitude. The 2 girls that were being paid by the Smash Burger Corporation a reasonable wage continued to be like their manager and not address any customers needs while delegating tasks to the younger female employee that obviously had a different work ethic instilled from a developed manager or roll model that cared about her potential as a human. She completed tasks with efficiency and a quality of service any food and beverage manager would be thrilled to have as a team member. Good job, you will be beneficial to society if not corrupted by the 2 corporate leaches that should have never been put in the front of the house or in front of the dishwasher for that matter. Living in this casino for almost a month while on business I had never seen this much disregard and lack of common courtesy for customer needs in a service based position. Owners, this is the type of employee's that slowly suck the life and financial gains from your company. Fellow coworkers individuals like this in the work place are the reason you are given minimal raises even though you work hard and preform above expectation. Choctaw Casino food and beverage management, Smash Burger operations manager and John Q. Public need to evaluate and audit the performance and dedication of employees in a customer service roll more frequently and before paying inflated amounts for a sub par burger being served by a pair of individuals that will never excel in this job sector. Eventually they found the napkins and discovered how to effectively use them after my wife covered them in the soda they totally deserved. Read moreUse to be really good & great management, butttttt. The last 2 times I have eaten there my burger has not been right and the fries or tater tots are cold. Same thing happened to the people sitting at the next table. Their fries were cold and they ask the manager for "fresh hot fries please"! Her response was "I will see what is back there". This was at 730P.M. Thursday nite 2/22/24 - so hot food should not have been a problem. I kept my receipt from my last visit. It even shows what was ordered and it definitely did not match the burger they brought out! When you order a plane and dry burger, any other restaurant knows that would be meat and bun only. Mine was covered in cheese - even enough cheese for 2 burgers. That's not something easy to remove. And time did not permit me to wait on another burger to be made. They charge me extra for my sandwhich and not telling me that they will charge me for veggie patty when it should be included in the menu pricing when ordering veggie burger. They are always short staff and lines are longer like 1 person at a register. They messed up my order and when asked to fixed instead of giving new sandwiches they gave lettuce , tomato, onion and pickles on a cup which was unprofessional. They work there and its their job to make it right. It was way too much oil on fries as well. They over charge plus mess up my order.
