I have never felt so violated like I did tonight One of the managers or whoever he was was so rude And was question about my service dog. They said since February 1st of this year you cannot have a service dog. I have never received anything about not having any service dogs coming in Casino. We did not see any signs or anyone telling us while coming in that we couldn't have a service dog. Only good thing about this casino are the clean bathrooms. Terrible service in the grand cafe. The server disappears after taking your order, someone else delivers the food, and the hostess cashes everyone out because the server never returns. Hotel staff sent us to the 12th floor when they booked us a room on the second floor and they are “out” of tooth paste but we can go buy some in the gift shop. Bartenders at the mason jar bar are slow and one of them ignores guests until you wave her over. Also $8 for a beer is ridiculous. Not to mention all their liquor tastes like water. Terrible...
