I would recommend avoiding this clinic at all costs. I have had bad experiences with diagnostic consultation from primary care, bad phlebotomy care, wrong information about health insurance acceptance and billing, being told by a customer support member the wrong information about a prescription because they wanted to hurry the call along while interrupting me the whole way. This has been hands down the worst primary care clinic I have used. I dread every interaction I have with them about my healthcare at this time and am actively transitioning away from their office. Read moreI had a good experience with this practice. My husband needed a next day appointment for urgent urinary infection. His primary doctor wasn't available, but the person setting an appointment was very patient, and offered by herself to find another doctor for next day. Then when I called the next morning, and asked variety of questions regarding a video appointment options, another staff member was very patient and answered all my silly questions with calm, and respect. Read moreIf I could give this place less stars I would. I went in for a yearly physical and was billed for a emergency allergic reaction visit, which my insurance did not pay for. So I ended up having to pay $340 for the physician to tell me to continue taking Zyrtec.. I've been calling the billing department for 3 months, telling them that if I wanted to be seen for my rash I would have went to Urgent care, which is $200 cheaper than what I was billed for it.
