I went to Ollie's on the 14th of Dec, 2022. I shop there whenever I'm in Easley. When I went to register 1, the lady rang up my groceries and then proceeded to the payment process. I tried to use a P-EBT card and it was declined. Then the lady gave me a lecture about how they are an outlet store and do not accept such payments; about how it was all my fault and that I should have called or asked in advance. She complained about having to cancel the sale, etc. At the same time, a customer was heckling me in line, while the cashier continued her lecture and giggled along. Not once did she try to stop any of my public humiliation, nor have any sympathy towards me. It got so bad, that I referred to the heckler as a smart-@ss. The lecture, the attitude, and the heckler made me decide to no longer shop...

Ollie's is a place if you find something you want, buy it. Check the price labels on the items itself. I once bought a box of protein bars which was marked one price for the box. The lady rang them up individually per bar cost which was almost double.
